Ember Locke you haven’t seen the last of us 🤭
Pros:

I loved how cosy and comfortable we felt in our duplex suite and how close it was to many spots we visit regularly

Cons:

Was a confusion based on our checkin in date but was sorted

Good location - very quiet considering it was on the Cromwell Road! Easy reach of Tube. Nice looking garden. Staff super helpful..

quarto funcional com itens de cozinha

Cons:

Café da manhã: tem um menu fixo para quem já paga a diária com café da manhã, ficando prejudicado o consumo de frutas e iogurte e etc... pois se pedir o item iogurte, não pode pedir pão, ovo, etc, pois são cardápios fixos.
Quarto: achei a iluminação do quarto ruim, bem escuro.
A limpeza: caso fique menos de 7 dias, não tem limpeza. não retiram nem o lixo do banheiro, achei isso bem ruim.
O quarto possui várias tomadas, porém a grande parte não funcionava
O ar condicionado não consegui controlar a temperatura, parece que é central, mas tem o controle, só que vc não consegue alterar

Fabulous stay, we will be back
Pros:

We were greeted like long lost friends when we first arrived at reception. What a welcome, plus a cheeky upgrade to our room which was fabulous.
I booked a room for my self and a friend, another room for 2 friends and a suite for a further 3 friends, it all worked out brilliantly

Cons:

I'm not sure how you can justify the cost of £18 for 4 bottles of water.
It was such a lovely evening when we stayed but the garden is shut at 9pm so we couldn't enjoy sitting around in the warm evening.

The location was great. The ambiance was warm and interesting, not a typical hotel feel. It was nice to have a kitchenette for coffee and snacks.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel and a great location for exploring the Kenstington Area.
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice location, beautiful interior. Bonus points for Gym.

Cons:

Quite warm, quite noisy (i had a street view room). The breakfast/restaurant was a bit slow and you can have much better food in the area.

Pros:

The location is great. Staff are exceptional and very helpful.

Cons:

Depending on which side of the building you are on, it can be very noisy or lots of pollen from the trees.

Lovely short stay.
Pros:

Great room, smaller than I thought and there was no mini fridge which I thought I had booked a room with it. Very comfortable stay otherwise. There was a lot of pollen in the air when I stayed here over spring, the room only has windows and no air con. Very comfy bed. The shower took a little longer to heat up.

Cons:

Without any aircon the room was a little stuffy, however the days I was there were unseasonably warm. Room could benefit from having a fan or something like that in the room when it is hot.
