Overall, okay
Pros:

The vibe of the place had potential. Lots of places to work remotely during the day. Pet friendly and had convenient parking.

Cons:

I didn't like that we were in a dark basement room and the bathroom was a bit dire.

Gorgeous interiors and design. Good location.

Cons:

Our bathroom smelled of stale cigarettes and the windows in both the bathroom and bedroom had clearly been left open to try and air out the room before we arrived. It didn’t work and instead the room was freezing on arrival. (Middle of winter)

Probably one of the best places to stay when I’m visiting London. The Locke studios literally have everything you need, The customer service is brilliant honorable mention to John who was super helpful and Eirini!

Bonjour,

Suite à mon séjour dans votre établissement, j’ai oublié deux bagues dans la chambre.

Votre équipe m’a écrit pour m’informer qu’une bague avait été retrouvée. Je me suis donc déplacée spécialement pour la récupérer.

À mon arrivée, on m’a finalement indiqué que la bague n’avait pas été retrouvée, sans explication supplémentaire, simplement « désolée, on n’a pas trouvé ».

Cette situation est incompréhensible et très décevante : un objet annoncé comme retrouvé ne disparaît pas sans explication dans un hôtel.

J’attends des clarifications précises sur la gestion des objets trouvés et sur ce qu’il s’est passé entre le moment où l’on m’a confirmé la découverte de la bague et mon déplacement.

love the layout of the room and ambience of the hotel

Cons:

the heating, as we had our bedroom upstairs and lounge downstairs, the upstairs was very hot and the downstairs a little cold. we probably should of addressed this sooner during our stay, however with jet lag, exhausted after being out all day we didn't until our final night.

Pros:

Lovely design, comfy bed great facilities in the studio

Cons:

Air con fixed on 21, too hot at night, too noisy to open a window. Toiletries fixed on the wall at a height that is totally impractical if you're having a bath

We were very satisfied with the location, the hotel itself, and its kind and polite staff
Pros:

I loved the room’s design.
The hotel staff were very kind and polite.
Especially, John was very helpful us thank u for everything.
I also really appreciated that we could always stay in touch through a WhatsApp number whenever we needed.
Everything in the kitchen in the room was thoughtfully and carefully prepared.
In addition, the hotel’s location is excellent

Cons:

I would have liked to be able to sit in the front area of the hotel’s famous café just to drink coffee. However, in order to sit there, you need to choose either the dinner or breakfast option.
