The hotel was nice, the decor was lovely, the location was great.
Pros:

Really lovely decor, good sized room and quiet.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaned a little better. There were a few crumbs on the sofa in the room and on the floor when we arrived.

Everything you'd like and more
Pros:

Having a kitchen (fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher) is economical since many meals can be done pretty cheaply. Best of all is the washer/dryer, so you can pack half the clothes, especially on a longer trip. It takes a few hours but it is still worth it. And the staff are very pleasant and responsive to any requests. I've stayed at the Kensington hotel before and it is well situated for transportation all over London. (The Tower Bridge location has the same amenities.)

Cons:

Minor, but longer hours for the "cafe" would be nice - not so much a "didn't like" as a wish.

Easy for one night, wouldn't want to stay in peak summer.
Pros:

Location very useful and overall design of the building is pleasant.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room was remotely turned off so we couldn't cool the room down. The hotel is based on a main road so windows open weren't an option either.

God frokost. Bra air condition og morsomt inventar.

Cons:

LAng ventetid på frokost vår siste dag, Bra de andre dagene. Kunne vært bedre renhold. Kom ikke å skiftet håndklær og vi måtte til resepsjonen for å hente toalettpapir.

Pros:

I was impressed by the interior of the hotel and of the room - amazing, modern, stylish and beautiful! I usually like to have a breakfast outside of the hotel in Europe but here I wanted to enjoy a breakfast in such a lively lobby.

It was an OK stay.
Pros:

Great location, amazing decor, very comfy beds, good breakfast - all in all a nice hotel for a good price.

Cons:

Reception understaffed, so there's a bit of a wait to check in. The bigger studio rooms are located in the basement (lower ground floor) so there is quite a strong smell of moisture (moldy smell) like anywhere in London in an old building when you are underground. Not ideal.

My new go to hotel in London
Pros:

Loved this hotel favourite in London for sure! The design of the room is so cute, very aesthetic. Very clean and comfy and a good size for London which is usually small. Loved the area, and theres an amazing cafe/restaurant downstairs.

Repos bien mérité dans un endroit agréable, calme et au frais.
Pros:

Superbe appart'hôtel, très stylé. Le studio est très confortable, bien décoré, et surtout calme pour bien dormir.

Cons:

Le jeune personnel au check-out aurait pu être un peu plus aimable car je passe souvent des week-ends à Londres donc vais devenir une cliente régulière donc fidèle.
