Pros:

Great decor and comfy clean room. We had a kitchenette and it had everything we needed. Staff were great too. Close to tube so easy access to everywhere.

Great vibe (but give me more lights please!)
Pros:

Our duplex room provides enough space for two colleagues to share, with twin beds, one toilet upstairs, and a full bathroom downstairs. You can take the lift to the floor above the room number floor if you want to take the luggage to the upper floor of the duplex without having to lug it up the spiral staircase. Room decoration is rather chic!

Cons:

The bathroom though spacious, is rather dated in comparison to the rest of the room decoration.
Our deplex room has one windon on the lower flood can only be opened very narrowly and it gets rather stuffy and too warm eventhough it was in January! And not very well lit overall especially for winter days in London.

Pros:

Établissement plein de charme , accueil très très sympathique et souriant . Chambre donnant sur un jardin ( je recommande de le demander ) .
Une mention spéciale pour John à l’accueil super !!

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner un peu long au service , mais c’est la seule toute petite critique

Very cozy hotel
Pros:

The hotel was really good. The design felt very cozy and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only things I did not like were that there were no slippers or toothbrushes in the room, and the room was not cleaned during our stay.

O quarto tinha a porta de entrada e uma segunda porta que dividia a parede com outro quarto, em vários momentos a porta fazia barulho de alguém tentando abrir, foi um pouco assustador e conseguia ouvir claramente tudo que acontecia no quarto ao lado

Pros:

Stunning interior, friendly staff, good food and coffee!

Cons:

Nothing bad about it except the fridge in our room was noisy I had to turn it off half way through the night as couldn’t sleep with it on

Great base to visit London
Pros:

Lovely room with kitchenette. So you could cook and keep costs down while staying in London. Loved the decor and the vibe. Small coffee shop in reception, focaccia sandwiches etc.
We had a delicious pizza from the kitchen for one nights dinner. Small restaurant and I think you could sit in the garden. Lovely to have some outside garden space.

Pros:

The room was facing the garden and it was super quiet even though the EVE restaurant and winter garden was next to my room. Quality of the bed, the chairs, the kitchen area etc. was really good. The kitchen was well equipped. Free Nespresso capsules and tea bags. Lots of pans and cutlery etc. The design / colour concept of the room and the whole hotel is really nice. Tube station nearby and bus stop in front of the hotel came in handy. You can walk to Kensington High Street, Holland Park, the Design Museum etc. The area felt quite safe (solo traveller, female).

Cons:

The shower had signs of black mould on the rainbow shower bit. I used the other shower head instead. My room had chairs and a puff instead of a little sofa. Probably because it had a door which connected the room with the room next door.

Prachtig hotel op een mooie locatie in Londen
Pros:

Prachtig hotel met mooie en gezellige inrichting. Hele mooie locatie ook met veel leuke horeca in de buurt en dichtbij een metrostation.

Cons:

De badkamers waren schoon en prima, maar wel iets verouderd
