Scottish holiday
Pros:

A really lovely resort with very good accommodation and the benefits of pool and gym along with good quality restaurant and bar. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back

Stay only if last resort!
Pros:

Don’t waste your time if visiting from the USA, go across the road where you’ll receive better service and accommodations at the Gleneagles Hotel!

Pros:

We had a 2 night stay here for our wedding. Beautiful hotel and grounds. All staff excellent and hard working. Comfortable and very clean lodge and hotel room. Food 10/10. Highly recommend.

Great Value for Money
Pros:

The previous reviews seem to sum up the Ducally pretty well. A really lovely spot , large ,well equipped lodges ( yes maybe in need of a little tlc), and really friendly ,helpful & efficient staff.
Pool area, jacuzzi and sauna is a welcome addition too.
We ate in the hotel on one occasion and the food was of a high standard & very generous portions.
The only disappointment was the poor wi-fi quality and the pre-HD TV's but having said that ,I would recommend it.

Relaxed, enjoyable weekend
Pros:

We paid for an upgrade to one of the suites, room was lovely; bed was very comfortable. We used the Gym and Spa areas, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. All were very relaxing. Driving range is in need of some TLC

Pros:

Loved the accommodation, loved the estate, loved the area as it was close to Perth, Auchterarder etc

Cons:

The staff one evening chased us out of the bar and very publicly made a bit of a scene over two drinks. They came back to us 3 times as we tried to exit and we felt the way it was handled was unprofessional and embarrassing.

Okay stay nice area but not a great sleep, probably wouldn’t be back
Pros:

Pool was good and estate was tidy, nice pond with ducks and park was great

Cons:

Apartment was probably below average. Our oven didn’t work resulting in us having to eat out. Apartment wasn’t very clean, quite a lot of dust and beds weren’t very comfortable

Beautiful grounds and exceptional accommodation with great facilities and everything on site
Pros:

The self catering accommodation was exceptional really large well presented rooms and I didn’t expect to have 2 bathrooms!

Cons:

The WiFi wouldn’t stay connected to any of our devices but it was a nice screen break for the kids!

Disappointed
Pros:

The gardens are beautiful

Cons:

This property is in need of a renovation. The floorboards creaked whenever anyone moved. It needs a good clean and proper maintenance. The wardrobe door handle was broken, dishwasher outer door came away. The WiFi rarely worked. It is located miles from Glen Eagles and is not associated with that property which is different to its advertising. There is no in house servicing.
