Staying at the hotel may my long layover smooth.

Cons:

The air conditioner exhaust was very noisy, which made it difficult to rest. I had to turn it off even though the room became very hot. I recommend addressing this issue to improve guest comfort.

La comida. Pedimos servicio al cuarto y mi pollo tenía partes rosadas y no me dio confianza de comer. Igual el caldo de pollo de mi hijo tenía un olor extraño

La cama, las instalaciones, el desayuno... Todo simplemente increíble.

Gran decepción!
Pros:

La ubicación en la Terminal.

Cons:

Me dieron el cuarto más alejado de la recepción, cuando traía mucho equipaje.
El cuarto tenía una TV que no funcionaba y tardaron mucho tiempo en mandar a alguien a revisar, quien no sabía usar la TV.
Me preguntaron que si estaba bien así y yo indignado me negué. Exigí cambio de cuarto. Con todo esto, ni siquiera pude cenar, ya que tardé 2 hrs en todo este movimiento, lo cual arruinó mi descanso.
Fue una falta de respeto y de lejos, no se compensa el precio contra el servicio recibido.
