In Anbetracht der Geräuschkulisse nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Nettes Personal, gute Lage

Cons:

Es war jede Nacht extrem laut. Das Partygeschrei ging bis in den frühen morgen! Das heißt bis 6 Uhr war es nicht möglich ein Fenster zu öffnen. Aber auch bei geschlossenen Fenster war das Geschrei sehr laut!

La limpieza es impoluta. Las instalaciones son muy amplias y cómodas. La ubicación está realmente bien.

Cons:

El único “pero” sería el ruido nocturno proveniente de un local y la acumulación de gente en la calle trasera a la que daba nuestra habitación (pese a estar situada en la 4a planta, por lo que entiendo que la insonorización no es especialmente buena). Los gritos se escucharon hasta las 7 de la mañana…

Camera molto spaziosa, con angolo cucina (fornelli, frigo e microonde), due bottiglie di acqua di cortesia, caffè Nespresso e cioccolatino della buonanotte. Bagno ampio, salviette e kit rasatura, spazzolino, creme, shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Ferro da stiro. Letto enorme e doppi guanciali. Materasso molto comodo e stanza silenziosa. Lo consiglio.

Average at best - not worth the money or current rating
Pros:

Good pressure shower, great location, big bed with comfortable pillows and duvet and good having a full sized fridge to use. Good iron and ironing board provided.

Cons:

There needs to be more care and attention paid to the rooms - they are definitely not worth the price or the current rating. Our stay was average.

There was no mirror in the room despite there being a dressing table (the only mirror is in the bathroom), there was a lack of kitchen items (for 2 people we had 1 plate, 1 pasta bowl and 1 fork. There were no sharp knives, cooking spoons or cutting boards available even after requesting), poor air conditioning (most days the room was warmer than the outside temperature and struggled to bring the temperature down by more than 2 degrees from starting point), the bathroom was starting to get mouldy and was dirty in places, the bathroom mirror needed replacing and the towel rail and certain elements were rusty. The coffee mugs provided did not fit on the machine and no kettle was available.

There is no separation between the entrance door and the sleeping area so all noise carried from the corridor - we were woken early on a number of occasions by other guests and staff making noise in the corridor. The hairdryer provided required you to hold in a button to operate but this was very small and difficult compared to others I have experienced. The shower drained very slowly and overspilled onto the floor. Bathroom had other issues - water damage to ceiling, warped door etc.

Overall, disappointing for the price paid and given we had relied on previous reviews saying this was a good/excellent property. There needs to be more care and thought
