Belle adresse avec bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien, dans le centre-ville. Le cadre est verdoyant et paisible. La chambre est joliment décorée, confortable et propre. Le personnel est accueillant et arrangeant.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus diversifié. Le rideau de douche n'était pas assez long, l'eau passait au sol.

Notre hôte Guillermo est adorable
Il essaie toujours d'aider de trouver des solutions. Il a même préparer un petit déjeuner dans notre chambre la veille au soir pour un départ à 6h30 pour une excursion !
Sa maison et son jardin sont réellement magiques
A ne rater sous aucun prétexte si vous allez à Tulum ❤️

Pros:

chambre agréable entourée d'un jardin au silence de la rue. Le centre ville et les bus ADO et les collectivos sont proches pour visiter Muyil et Coba

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner fait défaut à ce sympathique hôtel. On dispose d'un petit réfrigérateur avec 2 tranches de pain à faire griller une plaquette de beurre et de confiture et deux fruits. J'ai essayé le restaurant adossé à l'hotel mais trop mexicain pour un petit déjeuner continental. Aussi j'allais tous les matins dans une boulangerie proche avec croissants brioche cappuccino et omelette.

Maison Tulum is a beautiful hotel situated right in the centre of Tulum pueblo. I really enjoyed the quirky design of the hotel and all of its beautiful decoration. Staff were friendly and made me feel really welcome when I arrived and always greeted me personally everyday. My room was spacious and comfortable, AC and hot shower. There was a small breakfast provided free of charge, but if you wanted something more there’s a really lovey cafe within the grounds of the hotel, which I enjoyed eating and drinking at. Location is really good and close to many lovely restaurants, cafes etc. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to stay within the town rather than the beach zone. Also very close to the ADO bus station, literally 5 min walk. Would happily stay here again if I were to return to Tulum.

Great location ! Hotel needs love and attention and a manager that enjoys his job !
Pros:

Very pretty and colourful just lacked atmosphere
The cafe next door were very friendly and welcoming

Cons:

The shower wasn’t working and on telling the guy working there we needed it sorted he didn’t come until we went a second time to ask !! He sorted it but it wasn’t great ! The air con took hours to cool room wasn’t good either

On arrival was met by this guy we thought was night security seemed very uninterested in us and the next morning after shower incident continued with his lack of interest in us as guests ! We had read on previous reviews how the manager was so helpful with ideas of things to do and see ! He couldn’t be bothered in the slightest !! Shame as it could have been a fun hotel !

Un bel hôtel typique au cœur de Tulum
Pros:

L’hôtel est très joliment décoré, tout en couleur, des petites fontaines qui coulent très apaisante, le rooftop pour prendre le petit déjeuner est un plus, avec vue sur la ville. Nous avions l’appartement au rez de chaussée, le grand lit hyper confortable . Guillermo était très sympathique et serviable. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel calme au cœur de la ville de Tulum et très typique !

Cons:

Le petit bémol est une odeur d’humidité dans l’appartement que nous avions.

Pros:

Es ist ein sehr gut gelegenes kleines Hotel, mit einer schönen Dachterrasse. Ist wie ein kleines Paradies mitten in der Stadt mit sehr viel liebe zum Detail. Sehr Bunt, hat etwas verwunschenes. Uns hat es sehr gefallen . Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück besteht aus Kaffe ( keine Milch da, nur Kaffe weißer), Brot, Butter, Marmelade und Apfel. Wer es herzhaft mag, muss sich selber etwas mitbringen. Uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört, aber es ist nicht jedermann Sache. Das Hotel ist alt, dem entsprechenden sind die Bäder. Es ist sauber, aber der Wasserhahn ist locker, die Dusche spritzt wie sie will. Aber man wird sauber!

Pros:

- Localisation très pratique : dans le centre-ville de Tulum, à 2 rues de la gare des bus
- Grille de l’hôtel fermée à clés
- Bon débit d’eau dans la douche

Cons:

- Comme dans la plupart des établissements où nous avons logé, interdiction de jeter du papier toilette dans les toilettes.
Mais ici, la chasse d’eau n’a aucune puissance, ce qui fait que même sans rien rajouter, il faut tirer la chasse 3-4 fois voire + après être allé au toilettes pour tout évacuer. Imaginez…
- Pas de brosse pour les toilettes
- En arrivant, j’ai posé une question au sujet des toilettes au propriétaire, il m’a coupé la parole pour me dire de ne rien jeter dans la cuvette et est ensuite parti sans me laisser finir ma phrase ?? Amabilité à revoir j’imagine
- Faible débit d’eau sur le robinet de la salle de bain
- Les draps du lit étaient tachés
- Le frigo était sale (et vide)
- Forte humidité dans la chambre (obligé d’allumer la clim pour compenser)
- Petit déjeuner inclus : Le propriétaire ne nous en a pas parlé en arrivant. Nous ne l’avons jamais vu.
- Isolation sonore à revoir
