Please be informed that Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (PBAPP) has announced a scheduled water supply disruption in Penang from 25th to 28th April 2025.

The hotel will remain fully operational during this period. We have taken proactive measures to ensure minimal disruption and maintain all our guests' comfort and convenience.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Pros:

The location is very good, the breakfast is good and the staff is nice

Cons:

The rooms are small, you dont have space to open 2 suitcases !

Schönes Heritage Hotel - leider kleine Zimmer
Pros:

Tolle, zentrale Lage, sehr schön eingerichtetes Heritage- Hotel mit schöner Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; v.a. die junge Inderin an der Rezeption ist uns positiv aufgefallen. Das Frühstück hat uns gut geschmeckt und die Nionya Süssigkeiten waren sehr lecker.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war viel zu klein und zugestellt mit sperrigen unnötigen Sesseln. Wir konnten nur mit Mühe unser Gepäck darin unterbringen. Der Preis ist für die Grösse des Zimmers einiges zu hoch. Am Pool gibt es zu wenig Liegen und Sonnenschirme.

Beautiful, quality, historical stay in de middle of town.
Pros:

Definitely one of the best hotels i stated in, in Malaysia. Right in the centre of town, but with the most serene, quiet atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and hospitality was great.

Heerlijk hotel op een geweldige locatie
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig, het personeel is supervriendelijk, het zwembad is zalig.

De bedden zij vrij hard en het ontbijt is redelijk beperkt qua keuze.

Amazing!!! Beautiful property with very friendly staff and excellent breakfast
Pros:

Such a beautiful property! All the staff were so lovely and attentive! Breakfast was great, loved the inclusion of local sweets. Nice to have a pool

Cons:

Nothing! Although I would warn others to not use the laundry service, as unfortunately everything we put in the wash returned a different colour and unclean
The hotel was super apologetic and we didn’t have to pay for the service, but it’s not worth the risk

Great location, set right in the middle of tourist area but still quite. Beautiful boutique hotel and lovely attentive staff.

Cons:

Bed was a bit too firm for us but this seems to be a pretty common issue in Malaysia.

Et nydelig hotell med veldig behjelpelig og hyggelig betjening. Beliggenheten var super og et stort pluss at hotellet har eget badebasseng.

Would certainly stay here again!
Pros:

The location was perfect. We were able to walk or take a short Grab ride to all the places we wanted to go in George Town. Checking in/out was a breeze. The staff was wonderful, and the townhouse (number 7) was beautifully renovated and decorated.
