Room was modern luxurious and clean. Staff were very helpful . Lanten bar was beautiful.Breakfast and Jade were delicious. Great view and location.

Came here for the first time and left with such a great impression. Loges and Diana gave us such a warm welcome — it truly elevated the entire experience. I celebrated my special day here and was genuinely surprised by how they went above and beyond to make it memorable. Thank you for making it so special!

Had a wonderful experience at La Brasserie at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. The restaurant has a cosy yet elegant vibe, with tall ceilings, long flowing drapes, and warm lighting that creates a comfortable, intimate atmosphere. The music is set at just the right volume — soft enough for easy conversation, yet present enough to gently fill the silence.

The service was exceptional. Our server Fairuz was incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful throughout the evening.

Chef Shane truly impressed us by transforming a humble sirloin into something outstanding — perfectly seared with a beautiful crust on the outside, yet wonderfully juicy and tender inside. A simple cut elevated by real skill.

What keeps us coming back are the thoughtful touches during meaningful occasions. Whether it’s Valentine’s Day or anniversaries, they always surprise us with special cakes and commemorative photos, making each visit feel personal and memorable.

Highly recommended for both the food and the heartfelt hospitality.

Our chef,Shane,really an excellent chef,we are having cod and sirloin,with such simple and humble dish,came out so juicy,right texture for the steak and with the bearnaise sauce that goes with it,melt and give us satisfaction

Wonderful hotel overlooking the bay but ideally located to the city.

The roof top bar (The Lantern) and pool are really good amenities and very lively in the evening. Plus they look out towards the iconic Marina Bay Sands - which we visited but preferred the exclusive feel of the Fullerton Bay.

Our bedroom was modern, comfortable and very spacious with its own balcony.

Service was excellent throughout the hotel. Breakfasts were excellent with so much choice of good quality food including chef-made eggs and omelettes. Staff were professional but also friendly.

We had one issue with noise on one night caused by a speaker being left on near our room - it was dealt with very quickly and staff apologised. The mark of a good hotel is when things don’t go according to plan but are dealt with in a professional and courteous way, and the hotel staff did that.

Very impressive decor throughout (classy). I would highly recommend this hotel

We had a wonderful experience celebrating Valentine's Day and our 20th Wedding Anniversary at La Brasserie at The Fullerton Bay Hotel. Fairuz, Alan and Wen Song offered us their top notch service by giving us great recommendations on the food, attention to details and surprised us with 2 glasses of wine on the house and a lovely desert for our anniversary. What was most memorable and one that would last a long time was a printed post card with our photo to capture this precious dinner occasion for years to come. Highly recommend.

Incredibly friendly, helpful staff, comfortable and luxurious room, even entry level city view gave a side view of the water from our balcony. Loved the large rooftop pool, gorgeous morning swims and welcome dips after sightseeing. Easy walking distance to many sights plus MRT station. Appreciated being a relatively smaller hotel, far more personal service, easy to navigate and get out to explore.
