The private parking garage is very convenient.
Pros:

I like the location's access, the privacy and convenience of the parking, the shower and bathroom in general and space.

Cons:

Maintanence could be better. It looks a litle unattended. Inside cleaning, towels, bed sheets and pillow clase are clean.

Bom vamos lá, o serviço de manutenção ex: O registro do Chuveiro estava em falso isso dava uma instabilidade para a aguá permanecer quente, pois com a fibração da agua ele abria mais e a agua ficava fria. isso da ultima vez que fiquei no quarto 408. mas das outras vezes estava tudo bom.

Pessoal receptivo e ótima tratativa, no check-in e no restaurante, principalmente. Restaurante com ótimas opções de refeição.

Cons:

Acomodação fora do padrão conhecido da rede. Cama desconfortável e barulhenta. Ambiente não convidativo, escuro, estranho e não dá vontade de ficar ou estar no ambiente. Custo benefício péssimo.

O chuveiro estava mal regulado ou quebrado, a agua estava saindo em parte por cima do chuveiro, a descarga do vaso ficou a noite toda correndo agua direto e não enchia a caixa da descarga.
