Nice setting. Convenient to Highlands.
Bed linens inappropriate….duvet did not have a sheet under it. Not sure how clean it was.
Very pretty and scenic. Rich in history nostalgic feel.
The cost. Requires a dehumidifier that we have to empty 3-4 times a day. I asked to bring my service dog and they told me that I would have to pay $125 regardless that she was a service dog.

A little concern with housekeeping personnel understanding procedures. But I think it was resolved.
The room location (overlooking the woods); the balcony space and set up with chairs, bench and table; comfortable size room (very welcoming); the bathroom area was much better than expected. Courtesy waters was a nice addition. The mini fridge was whimsical! Courtesy coffee in the reception area. Views were espectacular.

Secluded, quaint, room was nice and clean. Heated floors were a nice touch.
Could hear whoever was above us all day and early morning. Recommend staying on top floor to avoid that.

The room was beautiful and bed so comfortable. Food t the restaurant is amazing
They offer coffee in morning and have some pastries but they charge for the pastries for what u are paying they should at least be included
The staff went over and beyond my expectations. They were helpful and would do anything to help you have a great vacation/ anniversary trip. We have plans to go back next year! We highly recommend!!

The views and mountain cabin look very clean. The porch attached to your room sitting there and admiring the autumn colors.

Having to lug belongings up stairs around firepit area to get to a room. Very loud people outside our room till very late Fridat night. Would never get a room facing the inner courtyard again.
