1. Room telephone does not work.
2. Fridge does not work. Need the staff to bring a knob to turn it cold.
3. Safe deposit box need to call technician to reset.
4. Aircon has a funny noisy sound.
5. Shower water is not strong.
6. No adapter provided as our plugs cannot fit the power points in the room.

The best choice to stay in HCMC
Pros:

I am glad I made a good decision by staying in this hotel after searching for numerous hotels before coming to HCMC. It has a perfect location and the Pho2000 hotel's restaurant has delicious meals. Staffs are all friendly and speak good English.
