Pros:

Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e disponíveis.

Cons:

As instalações estão a necessitar de reforma, maior parte da instalação é em pladur a necessitar de melhoramentos, as portas dos quartos fazem muito barulho a fechar, não são de todo um hotel de 4 estrelas e a comida de fraca qualidade.

Pros:

El poder viajar con mascota,el que nos dejaran estar después de la salida en la piscina del hotel.El trato del personal atentos para cada cosa que necesitamos.

Cons:

La limpieza de las habitaciones.
El ascensor es pequeño para acceder a la planta superior con silla de ruedas,además de no tener ningún sitio donde poder agarrarse ( yo acompañaba a una persona discapacitada y no tenía donde sujetarse para entrar en el ascensor)

Pros:

Fui passar 2 dias com o meu cão e os funcionários foram todos muito prestáveis e simpáticos. Pude tomar o pequeno almoço e circular livremente pelo hotel sem problema. Será a minha escolha sempre que voltar com o meu cão!

Pros:

The style of the hotel was really nice e and cool, gave it a modern and stylish Moroccan vibe. It was also very.clkse to the beach and good restaurants.

Cons:

Could have been a bit cleaner and my sink broke, didn't flush. Had to be fixed but they did it straight away.

La buena ubicación que tiene , lo que es en sí el hotel me encantó , pero a las habitaciones les hace falta un arreglo , y el ascensor muy pequeño . El buffet es pequeño pero la comida muy buena, y el personal muy amable y atento.

La estancia en el hotel Casablanca ha sido muy agradable ,el personal excelente. El desayuno muy bueno. La zona de la piscina y el jardín genial.

Cons:

No nos ha gustado la cama,el colchón demasiado duro y no hemos descansado bien.

Excellent location, reasonable price, friendly staff .

Cons:

Problems with the shower . I have stayed at this hotel a number of times without this issue. Cold water first night . Notice in the lift next day stating no hot water that night either due to maintenance . Days after that I had to run the shower for 10 minutes each night before it got hot. The last night I was there it didn't get hot at all so no possibility of a shower.
