All the staff were pleasant, very helpful and attentive. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean.
Breakfast was great! Pet area was nice and accessible. Bar & Grill was nice. Staff were super nice and courteous.
The bathroom could have been cleaner and some of the towels had stains on them.
We stay here a couple of times a year. Always a good time and a good area, convenient to a lot of good shops and restaurants.
Just our taste I’m sure, but we didn’t care for the breakfast. We like the bar and the food you can order there.
stayed in room 1607 on Christmas Eve night, checking out on Christmas morning, we have noticed we have been charged a 50$ fee for “property damage”. I am very upset because considering it’s Christmas Eve night and I have 3 sons 8,3,&1 just trying to keep the magic of Christmas flowing even in a hotel room we setup and incident from the ( elf ) if you have kids you’ll understand…. Well there Santa gift was delayed in the mailed so we setup a letter from the north pole from Santa being delivered by the elf. ( I will attach images because I kept for memories) THINKING AND KINOWING I DID NOTHING WRONG. I wrote on a mirror with REMOVABLE LIPSTICKS . A message from the elf’s and some reindeer food (so Santa could find us of course) IT WAS SPRINKLEs!!!!!! My point is why are we being charged for 50$ when it’s not damaged like were your maids not going to clean the mirror ( I guess not after looking at reviews honestly) or were they not going to mop the tile entrance . That had 3 drops of lipsticks!!!!!! not permanent marker nothing makeup that can be removed with plain water!!!!!! I know because we had to check out and we were running behind so I started to clean it and then was like we have to go or we will be late for dinner so I dropped 40$ in cash for maid and left!!!!! I just think this is really pathetic and pure bitterness for no reason in a special holiday.

Mr. Robert Price was amazing! He was such a warm and inviting person, from when we pulled up to check out. While our stay was great, his customer service will have us coming back!

Everything was wonderful
Location was great. The parking garage height was phenomenal (I have a tall vehicle and it actually fit).
Staff was lovely, our room was clean and very nice, the common areas were also very nicely kept.
Having breakfast included was a lovely touch, but a bit bland. Most of our party was very disappointed with no bacon, and the meat options were not very good. But as I said, breakfast being provided was nice, that’s just the only thing that we didn’t throughly enjoy during our stay.
