Front desk was rude not willing to make any accommodations for handicapped guests. The breakfast was stale . I had accidentally left items at the hotel and they stole / refused to return them.

Hot lack of sleep for me and my family do to the heat

Staff was very nice seemed very clean as well

Cons:

Air conditioners were not working on 4th floor very hot still trying to get a refund drove 6 hrs to stay at a hotel with no air conditioning in Virginia was very disappointing

Pros:

I liked having the option of a ground floor room. Room was exceptional. I liked that there was a hot tub at the location. Not many hotels have hot tubs anymore. Breakfast was also exceptional. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again.

Cons:

The pool was kind of on the small side. But water temp was comfortable. The small pool is about the only thing I didn't like.

The room was outdated with no c or usb ports. The bathroom was large but inefficient. No glasses or water in room. A long hall after entering room was weird to say the least.
