Doomage que les Kyriad soit aussi différent :porte de la chambre qui ne se ferme pas, certain client qui rentre la nuit et qui font un bruit infernale.

Salle d eau sale. Pas de couette. Un plaid qui ne sentait pas bon. Dejeuner a 19 euros : que des biscuits, pas de charcuterie digne de ce nom pour ce prix. Cereales molles.

Room 004 Kyriad Direct Aytre
Pros:

Our room was 004.
Reception did not speak English and made no attempt to understand anything.
One of the doors to the car park could not be locked as it had been forced and part of the frame was missing, this meant anyone could enter the passages to rooms.
Room 004: window restraint was missing so we could not open window safely. The shower head was broken, could not raised, the soap dispenser in the shower was loose. The wc seat was broken. The soap dispenser by the sink was on the floor having been pulled off the wall- hence NO soap by the sink. Bulb missing over the sink making it difficult with limited light.
I have already contacted Hotels.com auto talk and told this will be looked at.
The pool was very nice
I have stayed at the Hotel some years ago but will not be staying again. The whole hotel needed a refresh, including the very poor buffet breakfast. Nothing could compare with a B&B Hotel!!!!

Piscine fermé dommage il faisait plus de 30 degrés.

Je ne sais pas comment cet hôtel peut prétendre à avoir 3 étoiles !

Horaires d'accueil non respectés. Récupération des cartes d'accès difficile. Impossible de prendre un petit déjeuner non réservé a l'avance. Chambre donnant directement a l'extérieur et serrure brutalement inopérante
