Pros:

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel à Oujda. L’établissement est moderne, bien situé et offre une atmosphère calme et reposante. Les chambres sont propres, bien équipées et très confortables.
Côté restauration, le restaurant est de bonne qualité : plats bien préparés, service rapide et cadre agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est riche, varié et permet de bien commencer la journée.
Le personnel est attentionné et souriant, toujours prêt à aider.
Le rapport qualité-prix est satisfaisant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Une adresse que je garde et que je recommande sans hésiter.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel de la réception était professionnel, poli et toujours prêt à rendre service, notamment Mmes Ouahiba et Marwa. Je me suis sentie très bien accueillie dès mon arrivée.

Plutôt un 3 étoiles !
Pros:

C’était vraisemblablement le seul 5 étoiles de Oujda pour le coup pas d’autres choix que de réserver dans cet hôtel. Personnel souriant, restaurant acceptable espagnol acceptable. Salle de bain propre.

Cons:

Grand hôtel qui demande un grand coup de rénovation.
Moquette dans les chambres très très vieux, mobilier fatigué. Odeur de cigarette et de nourriture dans les couloirs et partout dans l’hôtel. Thermostat défectueux dans les chambres, il fessait très chaud !!

After a great first experience at this hotel, I decided to return — and once again, everything was perfect.
