United-21 Citymark - Gurgaon

3 Star at 4 star price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with no hot water but it was resolved quickly. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Restaurant food average. Hotel taxi expensive but the driver was great :-) I stay again. Book online for best rate.

Hotel Location is absurd and it is an eye sore. Washroom amenities were pathetic. Beware of 24 hr Room Service, you have to call them at least 5 times/bottle/night if complimentary run out. Rooms not soundproof at all. I had to postpone my plans and only stayed for 2 nights.

Hotel room was shabby, small bathroom, room had very thin wall and a door leading to the opposite room that was locked. I could constantly hear a couple talking in the adjascent room. No hot water in bathroom. Had one of the worst stays in my life.

Great Hotel with very good facilities. Room was very comfortable and very clean. The neighborhood was not one of the best but easy to locate. Would definitely stay there again.

when we arrived we were dubious about location but hotel quelled all our concerns. Rooms were spacious and had all the amenities the modern traveller wants also very quiet. Also free wi-fi which is a must nowadays. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast had a wide choice to meet all nationalities. Very pleasant stay at a reasonable price - value for money

It was my daughters engagement in India so we wanted to stay in nice hotel and we heard of City Mark through friends and I have to say it was meeting to the standards. Very nice and clean hotel with great views from the third floor. Hotel staff was superb and very friendly. They meet our every request and complaint. In the morning times we wanted a tasty breakfast and the food was really tasty. It was little bit too spicy for my liking but it was still very enjoyable. I will come back to this hotel everytime my children want to get marry and I recommend to everybody please stay at this hotel. You will not be disappoint.

The stay was pathetic. I had to checkout after 4 hours of my check in. The photograph of the hotel reflecting in the website is mis leading. The surroundings are patheeeeeeeeticccccc. There is no parking available in the hotel and one has to park the car outside the hotel. The hotel does not even qualify for a 3 star hotel whereas it claims that it is a 4 star hotel. I wish to have my refund.

Overall good experience

Horrible from the word go. Good luck to finding the hotel entrance first of all, once you are able to meander through the shabby traffic n infra of the vicinity. A very untrained n unpleasant staff 'greets' you only to lead you into musty smelling rooms n questions you over when you request for a change. Breaking your head against a wall is a genuinely better exercise than expecting the staff to be helpful. Finally settled for a room apparently smoking as you could still smell whiffs of smoke only to realise there is no working shower or hot water in the washroom!! Then in room dining tries to sell u veg cutlets as they were out of potato wedges and says both r the same thing!! Heights. A non vegetarian soup gets replaced by veg soup... cable has only free to air channels... breakfast buffet is horrible. You will struggle to shove it down your gullet. V repulsed.

Very nice hotel and staff. They do have very nice food however I booked for 14th Feb and dinner place is nmore family oriented. Staff and room service is excellent and rooms look as they are in hotel pics.

Great hotel, 4 star standard. Complimentary evening coffee + fruits. Really good staff including the reception staff. The negative is the location - hotel located in central gurgaon and busy area but hotel is located in an off road so the road is good but 100m from the hotel is really crowded place, but I haven't hear any noise inside the room - well insulated and sound proof glass (i guess)

Everything you could expect from a 4 star hotel. The only slight downside is that the bathrooms in each room have a problem where water seems to leak into the internal wall between the bathroom itself and the bedroom area. I had to get my room changed and the second one had a similar problem- poor installations I assume although all the fixures/fittings in each bathroom are good quality. Please also bear in mind that this hotel is located in OLD GURGAON which is excellent for the markets and easy to reach the metro using a shared autorickshaw ride to the nearest station which costs next to nothing. If there is light traffic you can reach the International airport in less than 30 minutes and a prepaid taxi from the airport is easily obtained. It has all the facilities you would want and is attractively decorated throughout with nice staircases etc. All kept very clean and room services like an iron were provided free on request.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was a fantastic size and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is to a very high standard. Only slight issue was that our toilet leaked but other than that there were no faults on the room. All the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The restaurant was bit over priced but the food was nice. Only negative was that the pool and spa were not available for use. We also got woken up a number of times at 4am by other guests but thats not the fault of the hotel. As for location, it's abit too far from Delhi and taxis were expensive. You can book excursion to Delhi & Agra and the duty manager was very helpful & accommodating.

Hotel was clean and it was a nice room. The hotel was a little off the beaten path and was difficult for our driver to find the hotel. The hotel had a ping pong table and pool table that was good entertainment for me and my son. The food was good but extremely pricey for food in India. The dinner buffet cost almost $20 (US dollars) for each person. This seemed high but the food was good. I think you could negotiate the price of the food if you just asked but I didn't think about it at the time.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

I chose this hotel specifically because of the availablity of a hair dryer and a gym. I also chose this hotel because it 's located near where my friends live and work in Gurgaon, and I didn't want to show favoritism by staying in the homes of one over the other.

This hotel rocked! The rooms are clean and well appointed, and the people who work here provide courteous, excellent service. I had originally booked to stay at the CityMark for two weeks but my freinds took me on a whirlwind tour in three other ciites. The hotel allowed me to check out and check back in and held the bulk of my luggagge so that I could travel to the other cities with a small overnight bag. The water at this hotel is filtered, and so I was able to drink iced tea to my heart's content and brush my teeth with water from the tap, rather than having to rely on bottled water. I had originally planned to visit the pool and the gym, but never got a chance to do either. When my friend and I stayed at the hotels in other cities during the worldwind tour of Chandigarh, Patialla, Amritsar and Jaipur, we both longed for the comfort and care of the CityMark. As a result of having to check in and out and back in again, I stayed in two different rooms at the hotel and both were stellar!

This hotel is a gem, and I'd rebook there in a NY minute when I return to see my friends.
