El edificio fue muy fien concebido y bien ubicado.

Cons:

Mantención de la habitaciones abandonada, alfombras sucias manchadas, baños con hongos, abandonado en su mantención y limpieza. Servicio de desayuno pobre.

Buena experiencia y relajo
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel, la vista al mar y la cercanía con la playa y restaurantes. La piscina y el spa están bien organizados y limpios. Habitación amplia y completa. El almuerzo buffet del restaurante Santerra estuvo bueno a excepción de los postres donde no había mucha variedad. En el restaurante La Barquera, los tragos y el café buenos, pero para el almuerzo el menú era escaso. Todo el personal de los dos restaurantes y el personal de aseo fueron muy amables y atentos.

Cons:

La recepción y la atención del personal en recepción. Son un poco apáticos y ni siquiera sonríen. El desayuno está bien, pero faltan más opciones de quesos y jamón de buena calidad. Creo que lo peor del desayuno es el café, sería bueno que no ofrecieran Nescafé, es muy malo. Tampoco me gustó que ingresara gente que no estaba alojada en el hotel a usar la piscina exterior, era muy incómodo. El hotel en general necesita mantención y renovación de muebles sobre todo en la recepción. Vidrios muy sucios y plantas interiores que dan pena. Las TV de la habitación también necesitan renovación y mejorar la calidad de la señal.

La ubicación del hotel y la vista de la habitación es excepcional.

Cons:

Tiene mucho potencial pero las instalaciones no son bien mantenidas, partiendo por los jardines exteriores en muy mal estado, con algo simple podrían darle mucho… en el interior, las alfombras de pasillos y habitaciones manchadas y sucias, accesorios de baño sueltos o inexistentes con los hoyos a la vista, fragues y sellos mal hechos, muebles con mucho uso desarmados o a punto de desarmarse, ampolletas malas (tiritando), en piscina temperada sillones con cojines rotos y con la espuma a la vista, toallas para huéspedes deshilachadas, sauna falta de mantención en duchas y piscinas… etc.

Cons:

Habitación con defectos en el baño y tuvieron que cambiarnos, mala actitud del personal para resolver los requerimientos, dice 5 estrellas y no tiene ni secador de pelo. Nada de cortesía y debimos pedir toallas y batas porque no habían, en general la mantención del hotel en pésimo estado, artefactos viejos, sucios y rotos !!!!
