El aseo de las áreas comunes, le falta una remodelación y mantenimiento importante a la infraestructura en general

No me preguntaron si me acomodaba la habitación sin balcón y tuvimos problemas con el lavamanos del baño de la habitación
El.paisaje desde mi habitación. La comodidad de la cama
Se nota que hace mucho no remodelan la suite presidencial. Cortinas y alfombras viejas y manchadas. En la recepción no me dieron saludo de bien venida apenas si hablaba.

Iniciando, el personal de recepción, atiende muy mal. Cero Atención al cliente
La habitación tenía un ruido de agua corriendo.
El Chat no contesta nadie
En el desayuno, la variedad, nada especial.
Y lo peor es que en el baño, la tina tiene hongos, lo que es muy asqueroso, la habitación tiene un valor de 200,000 pesos y creo que con eso podrían comprar cloro.

Todo fue excelente , nada que decir
viajamos por temas de salud, por lo que no pudimos usar las instalaciones de bienestar y ocio.
En primer lugar la valoración de 5 estrellas no se cumple en este hotel, no tenía la cafetería de cortesía, el baño en muy malas condiciones de mantenimiento, artefactos viejos y mal mantenidos, bordes de la tina y parte de la pared con hongos, papelero viejo y opaco, un rollo de papel higiénico usado y otro nuevo, no había toalla de mano, no había salida de ducha, los productos de baño, solo lo básico, faltó pañuelos desechables, justamente mi hija estaba resfriada, no habían productos que complementan el tocador, luego seguimos con el desayuno, que sigue siendo muy básica la oferta, por lo tanto yo solo le daría 3 estrellas, creo que para 5 estrellas y el valor que cobran ya ha bajado de categoría.

Mantención deficiente, el baño olía mal, no tenia agua agua de cortesia cuando llegamos cuando la pedi nunca llego, faltaban batas
