Room quality can vary, but helpful staff and reasonable pricing can make it a worthwhile stay
Pros:

The room we booked was pretty pokey and the balcony was tiny. The a/c unit started leaking water down the wall behind the tv and on the carpet so we complained. The staff kindly upgraded us to an adjacent bigger room which was much better. Have stayed here a few times and the room prices seem to vary a lot depending on availability in Canberra. Good value if you can get a room at a decent price.

Cons:

Location is okay but you really need a car to get anywhere as it’s not very close to shops. Have to pay extra to use the car parking area.

Get what you pay for
Pros:

The sound insulation was good, kept most if not all noise out of the room. And it was decent size.

Cons:

Bed was terrible woke up with a sore back everyday, dryer didn't work, water was shut off for one day due to maintenance, carpark over the week kept shrinking due to maintenance, bedside table light was broken switch zapps and the whole unit even though layout is great and lots of space really needed a good cleaning/dusting also TV remote didn't work in the living room.

Adequate accommodation in a good location
Pros:

David, at reception, had wonderful customer service. He went above and beyond.

Cons:

The room smelled of mould. The cleanliness rating above is only due to the mould. The housekeeping was adequate. I reported it to the hotel upon check out with a hard copy note.

Good staff; Large apartment space; 2 balconies was good

Cons:

Kitchen crockery was very sparse. I had to ask for mugs and items to use in the microwave.

Noisy bathroom fan in an adjacent room kept me awake at night

No frills, but reasonable budget accommodation.
Pros:

The price is reasonable and the location is too, if you have a car. I like that it had a little balcony to be able to get some fresh air.

Cons:

It's very tired - a long time since the rooms have been painted, little things like the microwave door doesn't work properly. I didn't like that you have to pay for parking separately when really, unless you're out all day, you need to use the car park. It should just be included in the price. It was a hot afternoon but the a/c was off, so the room was like an oven when I arrived.

All in all we enjoyed our stay in your beautiful city.
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable.
Clothes wash detergent replacements & dishwasher replacements were readily available.

Cons:

The dryer needs replacing.
The door doesn’t close securely, and that’s likely why the clothes didn’t dry very well.
Dryer kept stopping & indicator on front said that water needed emptying & lint needed emptying - but there was no water & no lint………..frustrating!
Also there could be more plates and cutlery, so a person doesn’t have to run the dishwasher for 3 plates etc!
Coffee press would be a great addition.

Misleading photos on booking the room but a good place to stay with plenty of parking and nice views.
Pros:

Nice property with good location and a nice view with good parking.

Cons:

Seem to be advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment with lounge, laundry and kitchen but was just a room and bathroom, very small and pokey but did the job.

Cons:

Construction across from the building. Very loud every morning at 7am. They can’t help it I guess, but even with my earplugs it was too loud. Shower floods the bathroom floor, had to get extra towels. It also looked a bit mouldy or was stuck in the grout and showerhead.

Pros:

Fantastic stay! The room size was excellent — spacious & comfortable. Having a full kitchen was a huge bonus. Everything throughout the room and hotel was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated.

The price was great for the value, and the location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

The staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, and very efficient.

We also loved the onsite café and the covered private parking was a big plus and very convenient.

The only thing that could make this place even better would be a pool — if they had one, it would easily be a 10/10 stay!

Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Disappointing.
Cons:

The pictures displayed of the room are pretty deceptive. The chairs are extremely worn and dirty, the bath was dirty, the balcony view was of the car park. I made a note that this stay was for my birthday and I was very disappointed, so much so that I checked in, then 3 minutes later checked out and got a full refund
