Comfortable and well priced. Would stay here again when in Canberra for work or leisure
Pros:

Staff were professional, Space was huge, place was secure and quiet, bathroom was well above average for hotel stay, clean and good room ammenities. Thank you for including a shower cap as many places don’t anymore and it’s always useful.

Cons:

Would like bigger towels and also hand towels and face washer towels

Microwave was … odd I’ve never encountered that kind of microwave before and I found it not very good at heating the food

Tv was a bit dated. Movie packages were over priced. Would have preferred tv to have apps to log into streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Stan etc. most people have accounts with these services it would be nice to access them on hotel tv

Overall accommodation was great. Would not waste the extra money for room with spa/jacuzzi😞
Pros:

Secure parking was definitely great. Booked premium queen apartment room. Size of rooms great. Washing machine and dryer definitely useful if staying several days.

Cons:

Only booked this room for the spa/jacuzzi. The jets on the bottom of tub appeared to have missing covers so we were not comfortable or confident using it incase of poor hygiene or potential for injury. Microwave while appearing clean had hard to clean roof, of which was dirty. Some areas required some more thorough cleaning. Definitely biggest let down was the spa bath and not being confident in using it

Pros:

Nice view, good location for our purposes

Cons:

Mattress needs replacing, husband & I both kept rolling into the middle of the bed, made for 2 quite uncomfortable nights
Bathroom shower and door area had quite a lot of mould, needs a thorough clean
