Perfect stay and great shopping area, close to the beach, and food,all with in walking distance
Pros:

We had a lovely sea view, and found the room was very clean and relaxing, the crown was a rare find loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Apart from the noise at nighttime, the stay was excellent.
Pros:

Great view, first time travelling by myself. Handy to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

At nighttime had to pull the card out of its wall socket due to the noise (Humming sound). Meant power was lost but it did not matter as was going to bed.

This is our place of choice when in Hawke’s Bay. Great location, comfortable bed with great parking

Pros:

Exceptionally clean. Loved the dishwasher! And balcony.

Cons:

Bed not as comfortable as other places we stayed. Maybe ready for upgrading. Shook every time partner moved. Would also like full length hanging as dresses crease in the small space.

Pros:

Great location and excellent staff

Cons:

Didn’t meet expectations, wanted the old style but on arrival it was worn, aged carpet and dusty as. Marks to walls etc. Stairwell also has no light bulb, reported it as dodgy coming down the stairs in heals in the dark, staff said maintenance away and wasn’t replaced.Needs some TLC and attention to detail. 1 towel each, no spa towels and no hand soap. Seemed to be cutting costs for an over $300 a night room

Great experience, will book again anytime.
Pros:

Clean, great spacious room with a newly renovated bathroom with a spa. Separate toilet, kitchenette and great selection of tea, coffee French press. Cutlery and plates available and a well sorted mini bar. Ocean views and good pillows. Great parking free of charge. Nice and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Excellent facilities and well situated. Staff were very attentive.

The staff were very helpful confirming our arrival time to ensure check in was easy.
