チェックイン前に荷物を預かっていただいたり、チェックインが25時近くになったりと時間外的な対応が多かったのですが、フロントの方に丁寧に気持ちよくご対応いただきました。
お部屋もとても清潔でお風呂がとても気持ちよかったです。

フロント、受付時に笑顔なし。素泊まりですね〜と、流れ作業のように言われた。朝食つけてますが？と言ったら何やら隣のスタッフとボソボソ話をしてから券を出す。感じ悪いですよ。久々に不愉快な思いをしました。
バスルームのペーパーホルダーにザラザラのホコリ。大浴場に期待して行ったが、シャワー個数少ない上に一部故障で使えない。女性はただでさえ洗髪時間が長いのに、皆うんざりしながら待っていた。
仕方なく部屋で洗髪しようと戻ったら、水量が全く足りない。チョロチョロしか出なくて大変だった。場所も良いし朝食は美味しかったのに、残念です。

大人2人、子ども3人で9階のファミリー向けアクアジャパニーズラグジュアリーをお借りしましたが、とても良かったです！4人部屋なのでベッドにギュッとして寝ることを覚悟して行ったのですが、エキストラ布団を人数分ご用意いただいていて驚きました…！素晴らしい心遣いをありがとうございました。
外の眺めもとても良く、特に夜景が綺麗で子どもも大興奮。駅からのアクセスも良かったので言う事無しです。
展望大浴場もサービス（？）いただいて本当に気持ちよく楽しく泊まることができました。
次機会がある時もこちらにさせていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。

Vue fabuleuse sur la baie de Tokyo, les ponts. Transports accessibles facilement pour visiter la ville ou se rendre sur Okaido. Pratique également pour rejoindre l'aéroport d'Haneda. Très beau SPA au dernier étage ainsi que deux restaurants

Pros:

せっかくよい立地ですが（行く場所によっては）、駐車場とロビーが遠いです。私は入りませんでしたが、大浴場などがあって頑張っているのですが、活気がなくて、時間外は人がいません。
ただ、このホテルが高い金額なご時世なのでこんな存在もありがたい限りです。割り切ると便利です。

劇団四季を観に行くのに利用させていただきました。すぐ近くです。大浴場があったのがとても良かったです。
温泉じゃないけど、夜も朝も利用させていただきました。ミラブルのシャワーとても良かったです。

駐車料金があんなに高いのには驚いた。
そしてチェックインの時に駐車券を渡されたが、この駐車券が割引になるとかの説明を受けてなく、結局3690円満額駐車料金を払う事になった。
