Clean and comfortable rooms for our visit to Laval for a stage of the Tour de France. We drove into the town around 11.00 and managed to park ok.

The hotel has a great little bar and restaurant. Check the opening hours though. There is a grill nearby.

Great for a stopover

Bien mais pas bouilloire avec nécessaire pour ce faire une boisson chaude. C'est dommage.

The staff at the hotel were great but this is not an organisation I will ever visit again. We had booked 8 rooms as part of a trip through France however one of our party unexpectedly died just before our trip. All the other hotels we had booked did not charge for the cancelled room but Ibis / Accor refused to refund the room charge. All the costs refunded have been returned to my friend’s widow and my fellow travellers have funded the Ibis charge as we believe it is the right thing to do.
This type of organisation has absolutely no compassion and I nor any of my fellow travellers will ever use Accor hotels again.

We stayed here as a stop over on the way to an event at Le Chateau de La Motte Husson. It was a great location for us and easy to find just off of the main road.
I had pre booked an electric charging point, on arrival only one electric point was working and was already in use, the hotel staff were really helpful and the other car driver even more so as he was able to switch his car to the normal plug so I could use the type 2 charger.
One of the rooms had no aircon working and it was so hot! Rooms were basic but functional.
We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but walked across the road to an amazing bakery!

The hotel is situated in a typical Ibis location on the edge of town which suits a traveller like me.Breakfast and dinner were both very good with both being buffets. The best aspect of the hotel though was the staff who were all very helpful and to be commended. Rooms were typically Ibis and comfortable. Barry

Belle chambre très calme , bon accueil , mais prestation limitée par rapport au prix. J'ai l'habitude de choisir le Kyriad qui est moins cher , pourtant il y a toujours une bouilloire avec du thé et du café à disposition dans les chambres. Je vous avoue que j'ai été déçue en arrivant à l'Ibis que je pensais un cran au dessus.

The hotel is located far from city and the look can make you make you half turn and go back. You catch the motorway A81 in less than 5 mins. However when you enter the hotel, talk to the staff, get into your room, toilet and order for dinner then you do appreciate your choice of coming here.
The staff are nice service oriented and without any manners.
I was given room on the zero floor which was fine. Bed was good, space was 3 star normal size and staff was great by putting a bed for our kid before we arrive. Breakfast was really nice with fresh breads and jam in an eatable bucket, very good sustainable initiative.
What I liked less was the noise that enters the room, seems to be a general problem of hotels. Everything that happens near the entrance you hear it clearly and we were awaken by people talking in the corridor and walking with High heels upstairs. Apart from this stay was good.
