La qualité de l'accueil (le personnel).

Cons:

La caution de100 euros exigée des clients à leur arrivée à l'hotel et qui n'est affichée nulle part. Les clients qui ont fait leur réservation payé par booking sont mis devant le fait accomplie à leur arrivée à l'hotel.

Value for money compared to more central Paris prices.
Pros:

Good value for money. Good size tidy room.
Hotel is in a quite location and close to public transport on tram route T7 TO orly Airport or Villejuef or Chevally Larue for Metro conne tion.

Good breakfast with good variety of options cooked and cold (self service).

Cons:

Not happy about being asked to pay a 100 Euro refundable security deposit when paying for the room up front on arrival. Although I was notified a few days in advance of this, there was no notification at the time of booking. I have been a solo traveller for in excess of 40 years and am not in the habit of doing anything to hotel facilities that would require this.
