Pros:

Era nuevo, estaba limpio, no había ruido y podías descansar. Estaba cerca del aeropuerto y a media hora del centro en tren. Las instalaciones eran muy nuevas. El desayuno estaba muy bien.

Cons:

El ascensor estaba roto y teníamos que subir a la 5ª planta a pie todos los días. El personal no era especialmente amables.

If the management knew that the top floors of the were not fit for purpose, they shouldn’t have put people there

The room was clean. Some of the staff were amazing

Cons:

1. I was not aware that there would be payment for the car park. It was at the check in that I was told I should pay 49€ for the 3 nights we spent there.
2. We were not aware that the lifts were broken and our room was on the 5th floor. When I asked the duty manager, she lied to me and said it was mentioned on Booking.com. After check in, nobody helped us to our room., knowing fully well that the lifts were not working. All the staff members we met that evening felt indifferent to our plight .
My wife has a back problem and we had to drag our luggage from the underground car park to the top floor. At a point, my wife almost collapsed.
3.The intercom in the room was not working. I had to use my direct line to call the reception on an international call, even at that, staff at the reception that night wouldn’t take my calls.
4. There was no heating in the room and and also no functioning tv.
I had to go downstairs to complain before we were assigned another room. The heating in the second room was not working and as a result, my wife and I caught a very bad cold that night
5. The underground car park number-1 had this pungent horrible smell, I believe that came from the waste and toilet soil pipes

Nada que impresione la verdad

Cons:

El ascensor estaba malogrado sin mencionar que la tarjeta de entrada se desconfiguraba todos los días así que había que bajar siempre, habían renovaciones ruidosas desde temprano por la mañana. Si eres turista te cobran taxes, sin mencionar que se paga garantía adicional 100€. El personal poco dispuesto a ayudarte, parece que les disgusta hablar otro idioma. Definitivamente no volvería.

Pros:

Proche de tram 7

Cons:

La propreté n’était pas satisfaisante : il y avait de la moisissure dans les rideaux. L’isolation était très mauvaise, le vent entrait dans l’habitation et il faisait très froid. Les serviettes n’étaient pas propres et la moquette était sale. Il faut laisser une caution de 100 € si la réservation est faite sur Booking. Le personnel n’était pas aimable. La chambre se trouve au fond d’un couloir et il y a une mauvaise odeur générale dans le couloir. Je ne recommande pas.

Super séjour la chambre étais dans nos attentes
Pros:

J'ai aimé moi et ma compagne la chambre était grande et spacieuse et nous étions situés au rdc et il ont respecté la demande que j'avais faite pour avoir une baignoire dans la salle de bains

Dans la salle de bain il faisait froid quand on y rentré le seul bémol
