Worst place ever.
Pros:

Paid for 6 rooms for 12 people several days. FAIL! We went from USA to KOLKATA... After 1 hour trying to find out the place, we got there and they didn't accept us because we were foreigners. They didn't help us BUT charged the full amount.

ein anderes Hotel wechseln und aufzahlen organisiert wurde das von der Hotelcrew die sehr nett war .Die Zimmer habe ich nicht gesehen all die Bewertungen oben sind Fake.Das Personal ist Klasse

Étrangers interdits, hotel réservé aux Indiens
Pros:

J'ai réservé cet hotel depuis la Suisse... Après plus de 20 heures de voyages, lorsque je suis enfin arrivé à cet hotel perdu au fin fond de Kaligaht, vers 23h00, ils n'ont jamais voulu me donner une chambre sous prétexte que l'hotel était réservé pour les nationaux. Malgré mon "voucher" et ma réservation en main, je n'ai pas eu d'autre choix que de repartir. Le staff a appelé OXO pour me trouver une autre chambre, la personne au téléphone m'a parlé dans un anglais incompréhensible, et de guerre lasse, je suis parti.
Résultat : OXO hotels et Ebookers, PLUS JAMAIS !
