So convenient for west village and west manhattan.
Pros:

The Houston stop on the 1 subway line is right outside the hotel. So convenient if you want to get anywhere on the west side - e.g., upper west side, west village etc.

Cons:

Our room was a little noisy. Constant sound of water. We had a king room with a pull out sofa bed - it is cozy for three people. Everything was clean and neat though.
