OK, but really need to improve cleanliness!

Beds are comfortable, location is good.

Cons:

Cleanliness is poor, hair in the bed sheets and big sweat yellow stains in mattress and pillows. Big stains in corridor floor carpet.

Very good stay
Pros:

Comfortable staying in a comfortable room.

Kind staff and very good breakfast. Car parking available under the hotel, this is always an appreciated option for me.

Cost/value ration is amazing. Suggested.

City centre is 20 minutes walking away. Hotel is in traffic crowded area but the rooms are completely quiet so no issues. :-)

die Lage und das Zimmer waren in Ordnung, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel.

Cons:

das Frühstücksbuffet hat meine Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt, Standarddinge wie Quark/Frischkäse und einfache Haferflocken gab es leider nicht.

Your breakfast was excellent.
The cleanliness of your rooms was fantastic.
THE ONLY PROBLEM was that there was no refrigerator in the room.
Your rates were a bit expensive. I chose your hotel because I knew it from Istanbul. There are hotels that are much cheaper than yours and just as high-quality. I hope that on my next visit, you’ll offer better rates and include a refrigerator in the standard rooms.

Cons:

You can put a refrigerator in the room without paying an extra fee. It would be nice to have a refrigerator and a minibar in the room.
