An excellent hotel: quiet, clean, and with very good service. The air conditioning is quite powerful, which is not always the case in European hotels — in mid-August, temperatures in Stuttgart reached 37°C. The bathroom facilities worked perfectly.
The hotel is ideally located: a REWE supermarket and a dm drugstore are right next door, while the pedestrian shopping street Königstraße is within easy walking distance.
I would especially like to commend the reception staff for their politeness, professionalism, and willingness to help. When we arrived at the airport, we discovered that our daughter had left her bag at the hotel. She had to return, and the receptionist immediately put aside what she was doing to help her.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Lage und Garage
We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the city centre, along streets with plenty of restaurants and shops, so the walk felt quite safe and convenient.
The APCOA parking garage just around the corner is very convenient, with direct access to the hotel from level B. However, we were told via Booking.com that parking would cost €13 per night, while the actual price was €16.
The supermarket next to the hotel is also very convenient.
Breakfast was very good, and surprisingly, the coffee machine made one of the best espressos I have had during my travels outside Italy!
The room with the sofa bed is quite small for three people, probably at the limit of what is comfortable, but we managed to organise our luggage thanks to the small but spacious wardrobe.
There is also a sauna, although it is very small.
Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay with good breakfast and useful facilities.
One thing to be careful about is the room door, which closes with a very strong spring and could easily hit you in the head if you're not paying attention.
