أقمت في فندق رافلز مكة وكانت تجربة ممتازة. موقعه رائع مقابل بوابة الحرم مباشرة، مع مصلى بإطلالة على الحرم داخل أبراج الساعة، وتحت الفندق مول متكامل.

الخدمة سريعة والموظفون قمة في اللطف والتعاون.
بشكل عام تجربة مميزة وأكيد أكررها مرة ثانية.

Good stay!
Pros:

Room size and location. Breakfast and dinner buffet were good.

Cons:

Check in time is 4 pm, but we checked in at 5:45 pm, the lobby was full of families similar to us waiting rooms to be ready! Another problem is sharing elevators with other tower clock hotels make it very busy, we had to wait long time for elevators.

أعجبني جميع العاملين والموظفين بالفندق بدون استثناء فالكل يبادر بتقديم الخدمة لنزلاء الفندق قبل طلبها والكل يقابلك بروح طيبة وابتسامة صادقة وأخص بالذكر الأستاذ/عبدرب النبي شكيري مدير الجودة والذي كان سببا في إقامتي بالفندق عندما قابلته قبل أيام ولاحظت فيه الاحترافية في التعامل مع الضيوف طالبا من إدارة الفندق مكافأته ولو معنويا على جهوده المميزة كذلك لا أنسى كل من الأساتذة ناجي الحربي ومحمد عسيري وسعيد العامري وعبدالله الزهراني وغيرهم من النخبة المميزة التي يحق لإدارة الفندق أن تفخر بهم
وعموما كل حاجة بالفندق مميزة ولا أريد الإطالة بذكرها
