Please note that any credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be in the name of the guest and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in.
If the guest is not the cardholder or if the credit card used is not provided at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements. The hotel cannot honor any past (prepayments, deposits etc.) or future payments without presenting the credit card and the cardholder's authorization.
The hotel reserves the right to reject the booking due to non-compliance of these requirements. Hotel will require a pre-authorization letter from the credit card holder enabling the hotel to charge the full payment non refundable for the entire stay.

During the Hajj season, only Saudi and GCC nationals may be accommodated in Makkah for Umrah until 2 May 2026. Saudi nationals and residents holding approved work permits may also stay in line with official regulations. From 18 April 2026, entry to and stay in Makkah will not be permitted without a valid permit, Hajj visa, or approved work permit. Umrah visa holders must leave the Kingdom by 18 April 2026. Umrah permits via Nusuk will be suspended from 18 April to 31 May 2026. Hotels in Makkah may not accommodate guests without valid permits during this period. All travel and accommodation are subject to official government regulations and updates.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The room's carpet needs replacing; it's faded from frequent use. The carpet edges and the area under the sofa are a different color from the areas where guests walk due to the carpet's age. Breakfast is good, and the hotel's location is excellent. However, lunch is poor, and the buffet opening hours are inconvenient.

Location
The butler service fell below expectations, particularly with luggage delivery. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was assured that the concierge had been contacted. However, even after checking in, going to dinner, and returning to the suite, our luggage had still not arrived. After waiting for over two hours, I had to personally go down to the concierge to collect it.
Additionally, the towels did not feel fresh and had a slight odor, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience did not meet the service standards expected.
