Please note that Raffles Makkah Palace does not permit food from outside the hotel. Please note that during Month of Ramadan Breakfast will be served as Iftar & Dinner will be served as Sohour.

Please note that any credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be in the name of the guest and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in.

If the guest is not the cardholder or if the credit card used is not provided at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements. The hotel cannot honor any past (prepayments, deposits etc.) or future payments without presenting the credit card and the cardholder's authorization.

فندق الرفاهية في مكة.
Pros:

بالنسبة لي فندق رافلز رائع وأفضل فندق في مكة، وكان لي زيارات سابقه للمكان، ولكن بخصوص زيارتي الاخيره الاثاث كان مستهلك قليلاً.

Amazing as always!
Pros:

From my booking experience up until I departed, everything was a breeze. Mr Chakiri is always very auick to repond for my booking. During departure, Ezzaldin was on hand to accompany us wait for our transport for one hour. Our stay was amazing as always. We look forward to come back to Raffles.

We came to Umrah and our great journey started from Raffles where we met an exceptional hospitality! The staff at registration point, the butler was amazing! The location, the room view and cleanliness, the restaurant were outstanding! Our biggest appreciation and wishes of all the best to the most beautiful hotel in the world! Pros:

I was fortunate enough to visit Mecca in Ramadhan 2026. The Raffkes hotel is the best in Mecca . Room layout is exceptional. The iftaar n sehri was of a high standard. It is so busy at Iftaar but the staff do an amazing job on P12 . Arshad is most warm n welcoming. Checking on ur needs constantly. He spearheads a great team of waiters .
