Heel mooi hotel, mooie kamers en zeer goed ontbijt
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. De meesten spreken redelijk goed Engels. De kamers zijn zeer ruim. Het ontbijt biedt redelijk wat “westerse” dingen aan. Het ligt ook heel kort bij een metrostation.

Cons:

It was not possible for me to adjust the air conditioner temperature in my room. My room was constantly between 24.5 and 25.5 degrees, which is far too hot. I asked the staff to lower my room temperature, but they said it could not be done. I asked to move to another room, however all other available rooms were also warm. I was provided with a fan to help cool the room, which made a loud noise. This is unacceptable service for any respectable hotel.
