AGREABLE
Pros:

L’hôtel correspond parfaitement à la description présentée sur Booking. Il offre tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Son emplacement est pratique, avec un centre commercial et plusieurs restaurants juste en face. Il est également situé à une courte distance en voiture des principaux sites touristiques et attractions de la ville.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et offrent une belle vue. La literie est confortable et très propre, tout comme l’ensemble de la chambre, qui est bien entretenue.

Une mention particulière au service de conciergerie, qui a été très efficace, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes.



Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet hôtel pour son confort, son emplacement et la qualité de son service.

Cons:

Le seul point à améliorer concerne le petit-déjeuner, qui pourrait être plus varié et davantage adapté à une clientèle internationale et occidentale.

Par ailleurs, au moment de notre départ, la caution était toujours bloquée, ce qui mériterait d’être traité plus rapidement.

Generally a comfy place to stay.
Pros:

Nice hotel considering this is Mariott. Very strategic place. Maybe they should improve a little on the housekeeping as we stay there for 4 nights but not all amenities are replaced. Staffs are polite and room is spacious. And...good breakfast buffett.

Great place to stay to see Sleep No More!
Pros:

I liked that the room was clean, aesthetically pleasing, I felt very at ease compared to the previous place I stayed at which had a smelly room. I liked the fact that the bathroom was spacious, the shower was big enough and could put my toiletries on the seat in the shower. I liked the fluffy towels, the crisp linen on the bed, and also the size & firmness of the pillows - it was perfect. I really liked the no fuss check in, and the fact I was there a little earlier than official check in time and they allowed me to check in. Location was perfect for what I came to Shanghai to do - to see Sleep No More which was only about 10 mins away.

Cons:

The bar & lounge downstairs was a bit hit & miss - the Caesar salad was a bit soggy and lettuce a bit limp, but the deep fried chicken wings were delicious and hot (coincidentally the lettuce salad that came on the side with the chicken wings was also limp and the chips were a bit cold). Not a big deal and could have been a once off.
