It was clean for sure!
The pool area was hot and had way to much chlorine so much so it was burning my eyes. There were kids there unsupervised and it didnt seem to matter to much to the staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good every day as well. We chose this hotel because it was close to Nashville Shores and we will definitely stay there again!

We liked the size of the room, the location & the breakfast
1) I called a month before to reserve cribs for my babies, and usually, other hotels would happily reserve those for us. But this hotel manager said they don't do crib reservations. This made us have to bring 2 portable cribs from home.
2) We ordered a suite so we can have the babies be in the "living room" of the hotel room and we can sleep in the bed area of the room but we got one long room with no separation between the 2 areas.
3) We found some trash in the room when we first checked in (old straw, some hair & food crumbs).
The kids loved the cinnamon toast walffles!

It was clean and quiet. Alot of places to eat around it.
The entry was a little hard to spot at first,it seemed to be hiding behind other building
