Great stay! Will visit again.
Pros:

Stay was exceptional, especially for the price. The room was spacious and clean and the location was right off of the interstate. We stayed here for a trip to Chattanooga, and it was a quick 30 minute hop over with easy on and off 75. Will look to book here again the next time we head down that way.

Cons:

I have nothing to add, everything about this stay was exceptional. A hairdryer in the room would have been nice, but that was really on us for not bringing one.

You Get What You Pay For
Pros:

Our room was large with their air conditioning nice. The location was decent. Some of the staff were friendly. The lobby was clean and nice. Pricing was better than some of the others.

Cons:

The bed was dirty and uncomfortable. The place needs renovations. Not enough electrical outlets. Language barriers made communication difficult. Bad layout. One ice machine for 2 floors. The housekeeper was trying to get us to check out over two hours early. Tv channels and sound were very limited. The back of the remote was missing. Had to unplug the landline phone to cut off the flashing light. Pet friendly motel animals were very noisy. Card entrances for hallways and rooms. The hallway door slammed very loudly anytime someone came or went. Seen light from the hallway all around the door. Found a roach in the bathtub on the shower curtain. Flying bugs and ants all around the hallway entrance most of the stay. Limited and no shaded parking. The balcony was connected to all the rooms on that side and faced the retaining wall, weeds and woods.

Nightmare!! Please don’t share my information until gone for fear of reprisals.

Cons:

Full of bugs. Phone didn’t work. Housekeeping horrible except for the Spanish woman.
Refused to change sheets and difficult for people with disabilities. No ramp and fell.
