Our room was very clean and lovely and cozy. Hannah was very good!Thanks to all.

Breakfast was excellent. Good variety of cereals and freshly made items, eggs, meat choices, and potatoes with a variety of many other options such as yogurt, fresh fruits, etc. very well done. Person is charge was on site and very busy all the time.

Cons:

I thought the entry to the lobby was NOT a wow moment! The entry is one’s first impression. It was not so good at this property. It didn’t look really clean. Then there was the smell of cigarette smoke and a person present smoking and a large garbage can that looks as if it hadn’t been washed or emptied in awhile. Also, carpet leading into the front desk from the doorway was not clean and inviting looking. The debris there at night was still there the next morning when we were checking out.

Perfect stay again.
Pros:

We have now stayed 5 or 6 times. We have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Always ready to help.
Clean. Always clean. Accommodations are very nice for such a good price.
Would easily rectify hotel to anyone.

Cons:

All in all it was a pleasant stay.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone
Cons:

When we arrived, we learned that we will get the room for handicaped people. We booked the room 47 days in advance and still did not get standard room. On our objection that we want standard room we were told that we should go and find another hotel. We got this "advice" couple of times during our discussion with receptionist Lindsay. She did not even say Hello when we arrived. What a customer service and reverence. After travelling 19 hours from Europe it is "what you would expect" to learn that you are not welcomed and you should look for another hotel.
The matrass was very soft, felt like worn off. When we wanted to change it for the second night, it was not possible.
We were very disappointed with approach of Lindsay, with the room that we got even though we booked the room well in advance and matrass that was worn off.
