Elevators were a major nuisance from only the 6th floor every morning. Get them fixed otherwise great location and great hotel
The hotel staff are attentive and courteous. The rooms are clean and always tidy. Its location is very convenient to metro and other place of activities.

Absolutely everything. The free upgrade to a Suite was just lovely of them. It was outstanding and made my stay that more comfortable.
The guys on Parking outside were super friendly and very efficient with helping me with my mobility scooter into cabs.
It was always a pleasure to see the staff and they go above and beyond at the residences.
Location was perfect two mins from the Metro Stop, local shops and restaurants.

Dear Team,
This was my second stay at your property. Unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing.
• First stay (last year): Terrible check-in. Night manager refused to check us in without a physical Explore form, despite me traveling with my wife and infant. Still haven’t received my stay points.
• Second stay: Chose to return only due to the location. Avoided Explore rate this time to prevent issues. Check-in was smooth, and most staff were great—especially Ahmed (back of house), Mohammad Khan, and the breakfast team.
However, the stay was ruined by cockroach sightings in two separate rooms. My wife was distressed, and we had to change rooms multiple times. The final upgrade helped, but the stress and sleepless nights overshadowed our trip. No compensation was offered.
To make matters worse, we were charged extra for internet we never used, and no feedback survey was sent after checkout, which seems intentional.
I hope management reviews this seriously. I’m open to discussing it further—my email is on file.
Very clean and professional
Our stay was nice and comfortable, hotel was very clean. However, at time the getting the lift can be an issue but other than that, the stay was perfect.

The room at Residence Inn Marriott Sheikh Zayed Road was clean, spacious, and well-equipped—perfect for a comfortable stay. The location is great too. However, the staff could be more attentive and responsive. Service didn’t quite meet expectations for a Marriott property. Still, a decent option if you're looking for convenience and comfort.

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Sheikh Zayed Road! The location is incredibly convenient, just a minute's walk from the metro station, which made exploring the city so much easier. The room we stayed in had been recently renovated, and it was spotless and comfortable – everything felt fresh and modern.
The gym exceeded our expectations, offering a fantastic range of equipment, which is not always the case at hotels of this level. It was a great way to stay on top of our fitness routine while traveling.
The only minor downside was the breakfast – it was a bit chaotic at times, especially during peak hours. However, we always managed to find a quiet corner to enjoy our meal, so it didn't take away from the overall experience.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai, especially if you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place with an unbeatable location!
This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. The metro is really close which makes getting around Dubai very easy. The room was exceptionally clean and updated with a modern but warm feel. The free breakfast was delicious and was more like a proper buffet compared to what is served at the Residence Inn in the USA. The coffee drink machine and the watermelon juice were two standouts for me. This will be my go to hotel when visiting Dubai.
