This was such a nice place to stay in Playa del Carmen – it's so central, the staff were very helpful, and the decor and atmosphere were perfect. I loved all the plants in the pool area. We really enjoyed staying here for a night!
The pool isn't big enough to swim in if you're interested in that!
Bellissimo residence leggermente defilato dal caos di Playa del Carmen, posizione comoda per raggiungere spiaggia e centro, accogliente e spaziosa.
La reception dell’hotel è in un’altra via rispetto alla struttura, ho dovuto persino lasciare una cauzione di 250€ per eventuali danni alla struttura, mai successo prima in nessun altro albergo al mondo.

It was Friday night and the town was pumping with music. We could hear the music, but it didn't bother us.
A beautiful, green and pleasant hotel in the heart of an active urban area. The hotel staff was welcoming, pleasant and professional. You can get all kinds of things for the beach from the hotel free of charge. The room is beautiful, clean and pleasant. It is true that the hotel is located really, really close to the clubs, but we personally closed all the doors and slept great, maybe because we got a room on the ground floor. In any case, they were prepared and came with earplugs. The room is equipped with everything you need and more (there was even a Bluetooth speaker!!). The kitchen in the room is very clean and has everything you need.

Todo excepto que la habitación olía bastante a humedad y la cerradura de la puerta estaba un poco estropeada. Por lo demás fenomenal y además tuvieron un detalle de un masaje y otro por nuestra luna de miel
We hadden een groot appartement. Heel ruim en aan het zwembad. De bedden lagen goed. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We zaten wel in een ander gebouw dan we hadden geboekt. Maar volgens mij was het bijna hetzelfde.
De douche kon beter, het was een beetje een laf straaltje. En er was een constant geluid dat steeds rondzoemde. Om gek van te worden. Het leek wel een alarm ofzo.

El hospedaje cumplio con cada detailed,, asombrosamente Limpio!!! La cocina bien equipada y ni hablar de la decoration muy bella ,,, diagrams mucho nuestra estancia,,, la super recomiendo..
( Nuestro check out fue en la madrugada pues el vuelo era temprano ,,, todo rapido y en tiempo el personal muy atento)

Too close to a club that blasts music until 2am. Very hard to sleep!!
The location is great to access the local eateries and attractions. Parking is provided on site of which is very nice. Amenities are modern and excellent for us to prepare our breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 3 discos are just around the corner but we don’t have too much noise issue.

Beautiful grounds, attractive, well equipped and clean apartment in a very central location in Playa. Potable hot and cold water. Staff surprised my husband on his very special birthday with a bottle of wine, a card, and a room full of balloons. Excellent service from all the staff we encountered. Would definitely stay here again, despite the few small complaints mentioned
below.
Lack of outlets near the bed. Could either use the bedside lamp or the white noise machine, but not both at the same time. Low water pressure...more of a sprinkle than a shower. Frosted glass doors don't allow for a completely dark bedroom. The street noise on our third night was astonishingly loud, until well after 4 a.m.
Just rebooked for March it is awsome place
