Hemingway's Hotel

The room was ok,clean enough, but no hot water ever. We also paid extra for breakfast, only to find that the hotel had closed its dining hall permanently, and the only way to get said breakfast was to take a ten minute taxi to their sister hotel. This was not mentioned before arrival. For the money we spent, i would have expected a whole lot better. Also finding the hotel staff sleeping in the lobby felt quite unprofessional. Would I go there again? Definitely not.

連泊だったので、かなり微妙な朝ごはんでした。
かなり割高に感じました。

Billeder man ser af hotellet udenfor er misvisende. Der er ingen restaurant. Morgenmaden skal indtages på andet hotel. Elevator ude af funktion ihvertfald siden november. Hotellet er i sørgelig forfatning. Ingen varm vand. Dårlig afløb efter bad, så gulvet sejler. Ingen udsigt fra vinduerne.
Søde personaler. Fint stort værelse, men slidt.

Elevator was broke my entire stay. Water dripped from the ceiling in the bathroom from a leak. The hotel never notified the booking agency of their new email address, so when I arrived they didn’t have my reservation. An hour and a half later I convinced the front desk to allow me to pay cash for a room and get reimbursed when the reservation came through. A quiet location and good restaurants nearby. The shower was decent.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean room, nothing exciting, but it's a good bed, what more do you require. There was a balcony which I wasn't amored with, but will suit the desperadoes you smoke.

He booked one large bed, upon check-in they provided a room with two separate (the windows looked into the next building. It was very dark. They said we would relocate. In the morning we changed the room, the big bed looked onto the street, it was light. But the air conditioning was very noisy. The whole hotel wasn’t hot water. Everything is already old. Cleaned well. To the center of Patong about 7-10 minutes. The alley is quiet, lived with a child.

2020年末年始に利用。この価格にしてはお得感あり非常に居心地がいいです。スタッフの対応にも非常に好感を持てます。エアコン、シャワー圧、客室、アメニティー、一般的で特に不満は感じません。ジャンセイロンSC、繁華街、パトンビーチにも徒歩圏内。お勧めです。

The water was cold in shower or did not run at all made many request to have it fixed but the owners did not care at all on the fourth day of my stay I moved out to the lantern hotel Very kind and caring .Hemingway destroyed part of my holiday Did not want to give my money back Just said I don't know how to use the taps. bloody insulting I would never stay at any Hemingway hotel

Firstly, good vibes about the hotel. Its very convenient to most things that you want. Eg. Entertainment, shopping, massage,food and on it goes. As for overall it was value for money

Location good. Reasonably quite at night. Hotel tainted. Needs work. Wi fi poor. Hotels nearby better value for money. Staff friendly and helpful.

The first room was floated.. the water in the shower didn't went down...
Then we got a room that the window is next to the next hotel.
No privecy at all.
The brakefast was very poor. Happy that it was just for 1 night

Hotel is in a bad location. You must cross three busy roads to reach the beach. The worst road is 4055. People drive very fast and don't yield. It is very dangerous to cross this road. The hotel is very noisy. At all hours of the night, there is some kind of noise that would wake me up. Drilling, banging, fighting, loud bikes, dogs, something. 3,4,5,6 am for the 3 nights I was there. I never got a good rest. The bed was hard like a rock and I could feel the springs through the bed. Pillows were over stuffed making them uncomfortable. Hotel bar / restaurant never had anyone in them. Safe did not work. This hotel is around the night market and a lot of restaurants. Its also walking distance from the Phuket mall. Overall however I would not stay again due to the bad location, the noise, and bed.

Cheap but condition of hotel very run down - soft bed, leaking basin. Ok if you are looking for a cheap hotel!

We went with a toddler so the hotel upgraded our room to a studio. The staff were very accommodating to requests.
The place was very clean too.

The locaton is ok, close enough so you can walk everywhere, but far enough so there is not much noise at night. There are some good restaurants nearby, a shop and the mall is also quite close so the location is good. The hotel is not really brand new but there were no problems with anything. i would stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was in relatively good condition. One of the rooms had a malfunctioning shower drain, and the water drain rather slowly, but that's only less than perfect thing about this hotel. It is located on one of the side streets of Patong. Its location is very convenient and also remote enough that the noise would not reach our room. Overall, a great stay and will consider coming back next year.

My Boyfriend and I were renting a studio. When we entered the room, the room was smelled bad like it was empty for years. The room was very big and nice looking but it was a little dusty. When I went to the toilet, I found that the toilet facilities were old and a little rusty. Then I found that the water was yellowish and dirty when I opened the basin water-tap! What I satisfied the most was the staffs' attitude as they were very helpful and polite when they were helping us on the "Dirty Water" issue. The Wifi was very slow, Aircon was not cool enough, In-room safe was locked. The most terrible issue was the poor soundproof because we were awaken for several times in nights by the other guests. We could hear the guests were talking along the corridor or in their room. This made us felt sleepy and affected our spirit in the next day. We would never rent this hotel again as our vacation was spoiled by these unhappy experiences.
