Great stay, close to medical center, I was satisfied.

The pool
The cleanness of the place.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool.
Room door jamb was sticking, hard to open. Two ladies at the front desk were unpleasant. Didn't mean to interrupt their break station. There was no designated grassy dog walking area. Had to go across the street. Breakfast was under cooked and cold.

Breakfast had standard variety, but food was not hot even at opening time for breakfast.

The breakfast and location was good.
The lady receptionist (with a long hair and older), was quite mean/rude to me when I asked a help because my laptop can’t access the Wi-Fi. She helped but she’s mean and not smiling. I hope she should change her attitude, she should be approachable and nice. And on the day when I left the place I say thank you to her and she didn’t even replied. The lady on the kitchen or the breakfast nook was nice and approachable.

It was very quiet. And room to park. Rooms were nice and clean.
The food machines took our money and went and told the front and the lady was rude about it. Acted like she was not worried about the stuff they had in the hotel.

Breakfast was COLD!!! Why was there no hot water under the basins to keep the food warm/hot???
Both the sausage and biscuits seemed undercooked.
