I Will Always Choose Hampton Inn & Suites Whenever Possible
Pros:

Comfort Suites EXCEEDED all my expectations for comfort, quality and value. The room, the bathroom all were so much more that I expected tpo find at that price. Breakfast was very good. Food quality was above average, but certainly VERY satisfying and dis the job! On a scale of 1-10 I give comfort suites a 12 ! Bed was so comfortable and HUGE. You obviously know what you are doing.

Cons:

Sink water pressure was very weak. Shower pressure could have been just a toch stronger.

BEST HAMPTON INN
Pros:

The location was perfect. Restaurants, and we were only 10 minutes from Downtown Richmond, VA. We stayed four days for two shows in Richmond. This was the best Hampton Inn we have stayed at. The room was a decent size and very clean. The floor had NO CARPET! That was great. The bathroom had only one large shower. No tub, which we liked. The TV had my name with a welcome message, and it was the perfect size. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast is the same as always. This is by far the best Hampton Inn we have stayed at.

Pros:

Very close to Amtrak station. We live out of town, and had an early train to catch the next morning. Worked out great for us. The front desk agents at night and early next morning very helpful and friendly.

Very bad experience. We won’t be back.

The hot breakfast that was advertised wasn’t available !

Cons:

Renovation construction everywhere.
Pitch dark room. Curtains black and couldn’t move thus we were moved to another room where there was no hot water. Had to take cold shower for wedding rehearsal. Finally the WiFi code didnt work unless we signed up for some honors program.
Overall bad experience. We won’t be back !
