Good stay nice hotel just two unfortunate incidents

Cons:

There was no one at the desk when we arrived. There was a sign that stated they were helping another guest and would return shortly. Approximately 10 minutes later the staff member arrived back and apologize and stated he was the only one on duty. Another gentlemen who was an army reserve was waiting as well with a separate issue!
2:00am wake up by a screaming person either in the hallway or outside our window in the parking g lot. It was hard to tell where he was screaming and banging from!

The breakfast was great. There was a lot to choose from.

Cons:

I made a reservation for 2 rooms and only 1 was ready and we arrived past the allowed check in time. We had to wait hous past the arrival time to check into the other room! Very inconvenient!

Wonderful stay here!

The location was good and the room was clean.

Cons:

The room was hot, even after turning down the AC. The WIFI didn't work and I was charged $7 to park in the hotel parking lot.

Enjoyed our stay, the location is convenient for us and the hotel is clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Have stayed at this hotel before; always enjoy the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The breakfast is also good and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

It was disappointing to find that the hotel has started charging for parking. The hotel is located in a suburban area with a very large parking lot. It seems unnecessary to charge for parking; I think their rates should include it.
