Great stay at a great property.
Pros:

Well maintained Hotel,adequately staffed, staff is friendly. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, bathrooms have all the amenities. Commode is chair height and bathroom has a night light. Breakfast is excellent. My only complaint is that only one of two elevators works, and the working one has chattering brakes.

Highly recommended.

Very happy with this Hotel
Pros:

Our family trip to see new Carmax Stadium baseball stayed at this location. We have stayed at this hotel several times and still very happy with all. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff does a great job. The rooms halls and dining area were very neat. Breakfast items were different but repeated (we were there 5 days) but found to be good. There were times when dining area got busy but quickly replenished. Found work out room to be good. We did not use pool. The only thing I could be critical was the elevator. There are 2 elevators only 1 is working and has a vibration when approaching floor. Last August 2025 the 1 elevator did not work. Besides that. really for me location and being clean and friendly was great. I will be back in the future.

Very clean hotel I didn't like the way the hotel kept trying to charge the card before we arrived cuz we both do booking but overall the state was nice the facility was clean breakfast was nice

Cons:

Just one thing, the elevators I think only one was functioning properly because every time we had to use it the same elevator opening all the time and that’s caused we have to wait to go up or down

only one elevator was working. and the one that did work made a TERRIBLE shaking sound at each floor. Very un-nerving!
