Lovely high end hotel in Healdsburg
Pros:

Great location, close to the plaza. Large modern rooms.

Cons:

Pool service would be great. Also a way to access the pool that isn't via the hotel lobby. Being made aware of an evening housekeeping service would have reduced the fright when a stranger entered my room (knocks are not distinguishable and when you're travelling alone you don't expect any knocks at your own door)

The pool, the free sparkling water, breakfast and the breakfast staff, nice toiletries, great location

Cons:

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, there was not enough sound proofing from the outside, some areas could have been cleaner, our TV didn't work well. It felt overpriced.

A Downtown Gem
Pros:

The hotel is very convenient to restaurants,stores and activities. The staff is very helpful and friendly.We enjoyed Maria's happy and cheerful greetings every mornings as well as her attentiveness during our breakfast meal.There could have been more options for the continental breakfast although the breakfast menu was fairly priced and food was excellent.

Terrible stay that messed up our vacation

The Location

The front desk service was terrible. We asked for a quiet room. We were given a room right across from the elevator.
We asked again for a more quiet room the second room was right by the air condition with a constant noise and facing major noisy street.

We complained again. We were promised another room then they apologized it was not available.
We complained again, we were promised another room and again they never give us one. The front desk said twice that they were coming to exchange the keys but they never showed up.

After 2 hours from 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm I went down to the front desk to talk to then and asked what was happening. I was faced with excuses and lies after lies. I was not happy.
This was in the middle of the week. They said that they were booked. I checked online and they had plenty of rooms available for booking.

Instead of having a relaxing stay which is the reason for our trip we had to argued for hours without results. We were not able to sleep and messed up our vacation.
We were wondering if this is happened because we did not make the reservation directly with the hotel instead we used booking. Com??!!

Great stay, beautiful room!
Pros:

The room was very stylish and comfortable. Loved the rain showerhead. In fact, I took a picture of the shower because the next time I remodel, I want my shower to look like that.

Pros:

I loved that our Tesla was charged overnight. I loved the valet parked our car and we called 15 minutes in advance of our departure and the car was ready, charged and waiting our front for us. I loved that we had a lovely dinner in the Spoon Bar and an excellent wine selection for to accompany our meal.

More towels.

The air conditioning was not working on the 4th floor. As a result the room was stuffy and warm. Made sleeping uncomfortable. The staff was not proactive about the issue.

Convenient & Pleasant Spot in Downtown Healdsburg
Pros:

The location is stellar, right in the middle of Healdsburg. The hotel design is modern and inviting. The spoon bar is vibey and has a decent selection of food and drinks. There is also complementary breakfast, which is great. The valet service is very convenient.

Cons:

We had some slight issues with cleanliness - the tea kettle was dirty with a chemical smell when we arrived, and the floors around and under the bed and bedside table could have used some love. Their text messaging service with the concierge did not work.
