This is a near luxury property. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in. The room was spotless. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast is impressive. However, you have to be buzzed into the hotel from the front desk. They will buzz anyone in who approaches the main door. You do not need to show your key or other credentials to be let in. This lack of real security was alarming. Management is argumentative instead of being gracious. When you are told your room is second best, not one of their best, you know you have an untrained staff for an aspirational luxury property. Highly recommended but not if you want a true luxury experience.
O café da manhã e o atendimento da equipe são excelentes, com destaque para Matias e Milena. O hotel é muito bem localizado, tem quarto espaçoso e confortável.
O único detalhe que impediu o hotel de tirar dez foi a vedação do box do banheiro, que não estava boa e deixava a água molhar o banheiro. Se o conseguir consertar, será excelente.
Tudo confortável, banheiro muito bomcafé da manhã bem gostoso e funcionários atenciosos.

I will definitely stay here again when I come back. The staff was incredible and the rooms were comfy and perfect. The location is in the heart of Palermo so everything is walkable.

Back for what is probably our 6th time over the past 10 years…the Ilum is the best boutique hotel anywhere in the world, Florencia, the GM is amazing and leads a wonderful friendly professional staff. Special kudos to Matthias at the front desk for his warm, friendly, 5 STAR service. The rooms, the pool, the location, the breakfast and the hospitality here are second to none. This is a must stay if you are in BA and staying in Palermo!

Todo muy bien pero la fuente que esta en el lugar de desayuno habilita a meter los pies sin uno darse cuenta. Es la segunda vez que nos pasa. Paramos ahi y una vez de distraida meti yo el pie y en esta ocación, fue mi hijo.
