Perfect 2nd home in a nice neighborhood
Pros:

Friendly reception. Breakfast, Wifi, location close to restaurants. Thanks to make early check in possible ! Thanks for helping with transport and Tango events !!!

Cons:

Please more of the breakfast chorizo !!!
Use Uber App for transportation or taxi from reception . Beware of taking taxis from tourist spots. False taximeters !

Pros:

Personnel compétent et très attentionné. Cordiaux.
Qualité de la chambre bien équipée

Cons:

À mon arrivée, pas d’eau chaude dans la salle de bains.
Dans la soirée du samedi, des voisins trop bruyants avec deux chiens qui ont continuellement aboyé jusqu’à minuit, insupportable et agaçant. Le personnel de l’hôtel aurait dû intervenir.

Great service at a nice Palermo hotel
Pros:

We had a very quick stay at the Ilum Experience and were very impressed by the experience.

Our room was comfortable with everything we needed. And the hotel was centrally located in Palermo Hollywood (a few blocks from where we'd stayed the previous week)

We only stayed at the hotel one night, before an early morning flight, and the welcoming staff very nicely insisted on preparing a to-go bag with some breakfast items for our trip. Very thoughtful!

The breakfast room and pool looked nice but we didn't get a chance to use them. Next time perhaps!

Buena ubicación en una zona tranquila

Cons:

Que te cobren un extra por un café si es express es ridículo. En el Lobby había una nespresso con cápsulas y te lo cobraban. En el desayuno si pides un café express te lo cobran aparte.
Los hoteles de esta categoría no solo no los cobran, sino que también los ofrecen como cortesía en las habitaciones.
Me pareció un poco cutre, con lo que pagas la noche. La verdad.

Un secador de pelo en el baño de mujeres del gimnasio también sería un detalle.

Pros:

The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure I had a great time in Buenos Aires! Particular credit to Jose, who secured multiple nice reservations for my coworkers and I during our time there. But everyone there was super friendly and always had a recommendation ready for a place to eat or visit. Also the breakfast spread had great variety and was tasty!

Cons:

My bathroom drain was somewhat clogged and my bathroom flooded when I took a bath. That said, the front desk was quick to send a maid to mop up the water and by the next day they had sent a mechanic in to unclog the drain.

Hotel maravilhoso! Excelente custo benefício. Recomendo muito
- Quartos amplos, novos, limpíssimos, com ótimos amenities e com mesa para trabalhar, se necessário.
- Localização ótima, bairro muito seguro, perto de vários restaurantes e bares legais, mercados e farmácias. Fomos à pé a vários restaurantes em caminhadas muito agradáveis.
- Café da manhã delicioso, com grande variedade principalmente de doces, e as decorações eram uma delicadeza à parte. Vou sentir falta do doce de leite!
- Há uma academia relativamente bem equipada. Um extra positivo para queimar algumas calorias das carnes e doces de leite :)
- Staff incrível, muito atencioso, simpático e prestativo a qualquer momento. Muito obrigada por nos receberem tão bem!!!

Perfect respite in a beautiful city
Pros:

We stayed at Ilum after a trip to Antarctica. Great choice. We wanted to stay in the Palermo Hollywood/Soho area of BA and this hotel is perfectly located to experience all that there is in this very cool city. Ilum is a modern build in a traditional neighborhood. The common areas are lovely and the rooms are large and well appointed. The beds were superb and the daily breakfast was varied and delicious. Finally, the staff could not have been more helpful and kind. Reservations at wonderful restaurants were handled by the front desk and our transportation to the main airport was taken care of on our behalf. Either direction out the front door takes you to cool galleries, shops and local folks gathering at empenada places and watering holes. Buenos Aires has the best parks anywhere and we enjoyed many of them which were very close. You will love Ilum and the nice people that work there.

A few days in BA post trip to Antarctica. Palermo is the place to be and Ilum turned out to be an excellent hotel
Pros:

Perfectly located in Palermo area of BA with great markets, galleries and restaurants all around. Very modern interiors with beautiful rooms and top quality bedding. The breakfast was excellent and varied and the entire staff very cordial and welcoming. We loved the place

Great stay and great staff.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the hotel as their rooms are very spacious and clean . The staff was nice to let us check in at noon. The location is great as it’s close to the main area but in a quiet neighborhood. We had issues with the tv and it was resolved fast and we were gifted a bottle of wine and nuts for our trouble . Martina from reception was very helpful with that issue and with helping us with our taxi driver as we wanted to pay on USD. The staff was lovely and I was very impressed with the hotel as a whole. Breakfast was nice and the pool area was great. I highly recommend this hotel .
