We were lucky to stay here whilst in Buenos Aires whilst travelling around Argentina. Check in was quick and easy and our room was ready on arrival despite arriving early. Reception staff were super helpful and friendly.
There was a large variety of food to choose from at breakfast, all of high quality.
Beds were very comfortable and so we had no problems sleeping.
The hotel itself is very centrally located for lots of great cafes and restaurants and also within walking distance to some beautiful parks.
After checking out, we received a message from hotel staff to say my husband had left behind some shirts. They offered to help post them to us, however as luck would have it we were having to fly back into Buenos Aires en route to our next destination and had time to go back and collect before our flight.

I must tell you that staying at Ilum Experience Home was one extraordinary experience I had in a hotel. I traveled all my life (more than 4 000 000 miles) and slept in hundreds of hotels and Ilum Experience Home was almost a unique experience. The personnel, mainly Analia, Denise and Milena at the reception desk and Lorena at the restaurant are extraordinary and loveable and offer an incredible service. You really feel as you are at home. It was a really excellent HOME EXPERIENCE that we will remember for a long time. So thank you to this terrific personnel and do not hesitate to reserve at this hotel. It is incredible

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

From the moment we arrived the stay was perfect! From the English speaking reception staff to the maids who left our room sparkling everyday to the dining room staff at breakfast (special thanks to Lorena who was so helpful and made every breakfast a great experience) to the rooms which were spacious, very comfortable and had excellent beds and the toiletries available, everything was so professional and felt like a home away from home! Thank you for everything.

Short but sweet stay. Immaculate, great bed, location and breakfast. No complaints, and staff were exceptional.

La habitación que nos tocó, muy espectacular!! Comodisima, tiene una terraza enorme con yacuzzi y unos sillones muy cómodos, la ubicación del Hotel, muy buena, cerca de todo, esperamos poder volver!!

Excellent hotel in the nice area of Palermo Hollywood. Reception and check in were outstanding. Great service from Analina. Our room wasn't ready (arrived 10am) so she showed us to a dressing room where we could shower and change. We waited in the lounge area on a comfortable sofa and then were able to go to our room by noon. We had a deluxe suite which was huge, had 2 separate full bathrooms, 2 outdoor balconies with lounge area and hot tub. Did not use the fitness center but it had everything (bike, treadmill, elliptical, and weights). Pool area was very nice and breakfast was good. Great service all around by everyone. Felt very welcomed and appreciated by all the staff. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Ilum Experience for 5 days. It was a fantastic place to enjoy all that the neighbourhood of Palermo has to offer and Buenos Aires in general. In addition to the hotel's cool/modern design, spacious rooms and wonderful common spaces, what really stood out for us was the staff. Without exception, they were super friendly and helpful whenever we asked for advice on anything related to our visit. The front desk staff were great, as were the team working in the restaurant. One particular standout was Lorena, who went out of her way to help us and was so fun to engage with. She ended up being my Spanish language coach during our stay. We could not recommend this hotel more highly. If you come to Buenos Aires, this boutique hotel has it all and then some. If we come back again to BA to visit from Australia at some point, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.
