Pros:

La habitación que nos tocó, muy espectacular!! Comodisima, tiene una terraza enorme con yacuzzi y unos sillones muy cómodos, la ubicación del Hotel, muy buena, cerca de todo, esperamos poder volver!!

Un des meilleurs à Palermo Hollywood
Pros:

Superbe hotel très bien situé à Palermo Hollywood. Petit-déjeuner excellent !!!!
Personnel très serviable, professionnel et très sympathique.
Chambre très propre et très bien insonorisée malgré qu'elle se soit trouvée côté rue.
Je séjourne dans ce quartier de Buenos Aires 2-3 fois/an et cet hotel est dans mon Top 3.

Cons:

Pas de service de lavage/pressing (laundry)..... Plutôt pénalisant quant on y séjourne 5 nuit en déplacement professionnel.
Il y a bien un prestataire pour le lavage tout près mais il faut y déposer le linge et il n'est pas repassé....
L'Ilum pourrait être mon hotel favori si ce problème était réglé.

El hotel superó mis expectativas en cuanto a limpieza y amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Algo más caro de lo habitual en esa zona de Buenos Aires, alrededores algo ruidosos, al estar rodeados de restaurantes y locales de ocio.

Modern very clean small hotel with nice pool and very good staff.
Pros:

The room was light and spacious with a comfortable bed. The pool and dining room are bright and cheery. Nice breakfast too. The lobby and adjacent sitting room are comfortable and modern. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

Awesome hotel in the perfect location in Buenos Aires, attentive staff, great room with a balcony and all the possible facilities. Nice pool and a bar service. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel, very cosy neighborhood. Very much recommended!

Pros:

La struttura è moderna e luminosa. La camera standard è spaziosa e dotata di balcone. Il personale fa davvero la differenza: si è sempre dimostrato disponibile e pronto ad aiutare. Hanno cambiato stanza a una persona del gruppo quando è stato richiesto e hanno inoltre custodito le nostre valigie nel deposito bagagli per due giorni.

Cons:

La struttura può risultare poco accogliente e la stanza un po’ rumorosa, a causa dell’affaccio diretto sulla strada. La colazione rimane il punto debole: i prodotti non sono sempre freschi e alcune bevande calde non sono incluse, ma disponibili a pagamento.

Brilliant location, great facilities
Pros:

The location is brilliant, the staff are so obliging (especially Guzman) and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast is really nice, the rooms are tidied daily and the pool is really nice to relax at.
