Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir konnten unseren Mietwagen im abgesperrten Garten auch noch einige Stunden länger nach dem auschecken stehen lassen. Frühstücksraum und das Frühstück selber waren außerordentlich schön bzw. gut.

It is a beautiful old house that feels really homey. There is a take one leave one book shelf and 24 hour coffee and tea available downstairs. They also helped me print something I needed for a meeting.
It was a little bit chilly at night as there is no central heating, so just be advised!

La ubicación del hotel es excelente ya que hay un supermercado cerca, restaurantes y es muy céntrico, la habitación estaba cómoda y el desayuno delicioso, el personal muy amable y me dieron todas las recomendaciones necesarias.

The bathroom was very tiny. It was literally the only small disadvantage we have noticed

I stayed at the hotel at the beginning and end of my hiking/climbing tour in Ecuador. The hotel is very nice and clean. I would say it’s boutique hotel as every room is a little different. I had breakfast included in my tour and the breakfast was excellent, much more than I could eat. The staff was very attentive to my needs, and they also spoke English. The hotel is located within walking distance to many restaurants. There is also a supermarket one block away. Some may have commented on the stairs in the hotel. Yes the stairs might be a problem if you are physically challenged as many of the rooms are up two flights of stairs. Other than that, the hotel is a solid choice and is close to many of the attractions in Quito!

It was a bit chilly in the room. They did provide a small heater, but could have used a bigger one. Luckily they gave an extra blanket.
