Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Attractive building in a relatively peaceful and safe location, very comfortable beds in immaculately clean, nicely decorated and furnished rooms. Plenty of hot water for showers if you let the water run for a while.
Very helpful staff - made us a takeaway breakfast box when we had an early start for an excursion and stored our luggage for us after check out.
The suite was spacious but the adjacent twin room my children stayed in was a little cramped, but absolutely fine as there were areas in the hallways and reception with sofas and armchairs where you could relax and read.
Would highly recommend.

Una casita bella y acogedora. Diferente a un hotel tradicional.
Pros:

El desayuno estaba delicioso y había una mesa reservada para cada persona en el hotel.
Nos quedamos en la habitación más linda, todo estaba muy limpio.

Cons:

A veces se escuchaba un poco de ruido en la calle, nada muy molesto.

Ein sehr geschmackvoll/stilvoll eingerichtet Boutique Hotel. Äußerst freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Gute ruhige Lage des Hotels. Das Hotel verfügt über ein ganz besonderes Ambiente. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The staff let the place down
Pros:

We had a lovely room that was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The staff weren’t very friendly. No real welcome, were a bit sullen and not customer oriented

The breakfast was a bit of a strange affair with no cold milk for cereals and no toast (but other tables had toast?!)

We also had to wait every time we wanted to come inside the hotel from the street, as the staff have to buzz you through the gate. When we came back after a dinner out, we waited about 5 minutes!

The front door of the hotel is also permanently open behind the locked gate.
