Would stay here again just not sure about whether I would do breakfast again.
Pros:

Beautiful property great guest services welcome staff, comfortable accommodation and clean

Cons:

Was not a fan of the free breakfast, as it was in the basement of building and temperature inside
Was 78 no a/c and extremely hot outside. Also saw a lot of folks including staff packing food in to go boxes - found it very strange

Peaceful, Beautiful, Comfortable Stay!
Pros:

View from our room was beautiful and peaceful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast had a lot to choose from. Grounds were well kept.

I wish other hotels were this nice!
Pros:

The view from our room was amazingly beautiful. We also ate the breakfast and at the bistro on the property, and the view was beautiful as well as the food. The staff was very nice and polite, answered every question we had without issue. For my stay, we were celebrating a birthday and they left a gift basket in our room! It was very sweet!

Cons:

Honestly, I cant say. Maybe a map with the layout of the property, they have a lot of activities and fun things to do with word descriptions of where they are located but a map would be better in my opinion. For example, they had a outdoor pool, but I had no idea where it was! They also have a fire pit located next to the playground, which i also had no idea! Yes you could ask, and they'd happily answer but for those who are socially anxious it would be beneficial.

Cons:

The amount of money I spent and every morning the coffee was empty at all stations. I rely on my morning coffee and the amount the room cost i should of had it. Wouldn't matter if it was or bad I just need my cup in the morning.

Pros:

Breakfast was great!
View was good.

Cons:

Air kept turning off during 100 degree days. Had to walk down a steep hill to get to the room, not ideal for older folks.

Perfect family gateway vacation place to enjoy the mighty Bar Harbor.
Pros:

This was my first time in the hotel. I cant expect anything more than what they offer. Location is a gem. cleanliness, overall staff experience and the breakfast was a blast. The evening kids friendly events are bonus and very nice.

Cons:

I can't thin of anything except one suggestion. If the onsite restaurant can kept open till 10 PM during summer hours like July an August.

Loved visiting Bar Harbor and would stay here again.
Pros:

Spacious grounds with great views, outdoor pool, playset and stone beach which the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable, and the hvac was bothersome at night. Overall this didn’t bother us greatly as we were tired from each days’ activities.
