Over priced for the standard on offer
Pros:

Location when travelling North. It was clean, it was warm, hot water was good.

Cons:

Tired, very brown outdated decor, TV not working, and could easily hear noise from the next room. Food not particularly good, lacking flavour and lacking in any atmosphere and overpriced.

Would stay again if shower and pillows were sorted
Pros:

Good location. Plenty of parking.
Staff helpful. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately the shower only had tepid water coming out so couldn’t shower. Pillows were like two flat pancakes. But everything else was good.

Pros:

Conditions for a three star hotel were very pleasant and comfortable. However, the small and rather unassuming restaurant truly deserves five stars.

I ordered the sea bass, which was the dish of the day, and my fiancé chose the vegetarian lasagne. Both meals were absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared, without being greasy at all.

I also ordered an espresso martini. The lovely lady kindly said she would bring it to our room within five minutes. It took a little longer, but as a thoughtful gesture I was pleasantly surprised to receive two espresso martinis instead.

The beds were very comfortable, and we had a great night’s rest. We only stayed for one night, but it was a very enjoyable experience.

Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Quite disappointing……
Pros:

Based in good location and free parking

Cons:

Freezing cold bathroom because radiator didn’t work despite telling receptionist who assured us it was on a timer but didn’t once come on over the two nights we stayed there and we found a pubic hair in the bed as soon as we got there.
Receptionist asked if we wanted to book in for Saturday evening meal and when we said yes he told us we would have to wait 5 minutes for him to book us in and would ring us to confirm the booking. We never heard back and had to make last minute arrangements to eat somewhere else
