Rezeption war freundlich. Parken einfach ausserhalb den Hotel-Parkplatz ohne Kosten. Bademantel inklusive. Frühstück mega, aber mit Wartezeiten.

Herdecke. Butiful and quiet place near Dortmund.
Hotel is located perfect, also butiful by the river.

Swimmingpool out of function and no compensation
Pros:

We booked the hotel because of their swimmingpool so that our 5 year old son would get a reward after several hours of driving. When we got there and asked for the pool we were told that the swimmingpool was out of function. That information could easily have been added to their description of the hotel as it seemed it had been out of function for a while. They refused to give any kind of compensation and did not answer our conplaint afterwards.

Wie immer alles bestens

Wir übernachten circa zwei bis dreimal im Jahr in diesem Hotel, meistens im Rahmen einer Fahrradtour.
Sehr praktisch finden wir die Möglichkeit, die Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage unterzustellen, die bequemen Zimmer, die tolle Lage (zum einen am Ruhrtal Radwanderweg, zum anderen nur sehr kurze Strecken in die Innenstadt) und generell die Zimmer Aufteilung, sehr durchdacht. Auch dieses Mal war das Personal wieder sehr nett und hilfsbereit, alles in allem also eine klare Empfehlung.

Ok hotel med minimal bemanding. Tilknyttet restaurant er god, men morgenmaden er middel mht udvalg og omfang. Et mere moderne kaffesystem og mere alsidigt udvalg ville være godt.
