We loved this charming hotel. Great service, and Tjasa was so kind to us when we had an emergency. We would definitely return.
Our stay was wonderful and the staff was polite and informative. The breakfast was exceptional! We will be back on Tuesday for the Rick Steves Tour.
The reception staff were all welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice and clean and had everything that we needed. It felt quite modern and efficient and comfortable. The centre of Ljubljana with all the shops, cafes and restaurants - and the river and bridges - are all just a few minutes walk away. This was a great place to stay and we'd very happily go back to this hotel.

The hotel had a sign about water conservation but kept providing new towels even though we had hung them up.
They neglected to take dirty glasses from the room.
If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with character, then I highly recommend Hotel Mrak. It is well-appointed and modern with friendly, helpful staff. It's located in a small street in the old town, close to many sites and a 5 mins walk from a bus stop. If I return to Ljubljana, I'd happily stay here again. Many thanks to all the staff who made it a lovely stay.

Very nice 3 day stay. Hotel is perfectly located for Old Town and all of Ljubljana. Staff was very helpful in every way. Breakfast was good. 8 Euro cab ride from train. I would stay here again.
The beds were the best I have ever slept on
This was a really solid b & b. Very nice amenities, including a couple of patios/decks to enjoy a bottle of wine on. Additionally, staff was very helpful with all questions and suggestions. Highly recommended!

Small hotel in good location for walking to old town. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast good as it included option to have eggs/ bacon etc freshly cooked. Maybe slightly overpriced for what it is, but I guess it was August in the capital city!
Hotel Mrak is in a good location. Our room was clean and comfortable if a little small. The hotel is a little dark inside. Breakfast was lovely with great fresh hot options cooked to order. Staff were efficient and helpful - we didn't see the reception staff much in contrast to the other hotels we stayed in during this multi city break so it felt a little less "friendly" overall.
Good spot near all the sight seeing, good breakfast. Easy checking, paying parking under neath the hotel. Overall if you around the area hotel is good stay.

My room in the loft was a little small for 2 people but ok for a solo traveller.
