Doccia con acqua fredda dopo aver parlato con la reception: è un orario di punta io non ho allarmi ( parliamo di un albergo con non so quanti posti letto e pagato quasi 200€ per una notte ) sinceramente non ci siamo.

Prenoto ombrellone in albergo arrivo in spiaggia e il bagnino mi dice che non vi è alcuna prenotazione e che ho sbagliato la prenotazione, rispondo educatamente che non è mio compito effettuarla nel modo corretto e cambio piacevolmente lido!

Un excellent accueil de la part de sa directrice et de son personnel ils sont tout simplement très professionnel et d'une gentillesse.

Cons:

L'hôtel est très bien situé à deux pas de la plage et du centre-ville.

L'emplacement, les chambres spacieuses.

Cons:

L'attente pour le check out.
Il y avait un problème avec des clients mais les 2 autres réceptionnistes n'ont pas pris l'initiative de prendre le relais avec les autres clients et nous ont laissé attendre que le litige soit réglé.
