L’hôtel est bien, mais l’ambiance y est glaciale

L’emplacement proche de la mer, la taille de la chambre, la propreté

Cons:

L’ambiance. Jamais un bonjour ni un sourire aimable de la part du personnel à la réception ou au petit déjeuner. J’ai rarement vu cela dans un hôtel, dommage. Nous avons rencontré une seule jeune personne très agréable à la réception, dont les autres feraient bien de s’inspirer…

Im Rezepschen war eine sehr unfreundliche Frau , hat sich als Viktoria vorgestellt . Es war uns sehr unangenehm wir wollten unseren Schlüssel vom Zimmer fragten auf deutsch sie sagte bitte Englisch , ist das ok?

Emplacement exceptionnel, à 200 mètres de la gare, hôtel calme et très propre avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer (chambre avec vue mer) à 50 mètres et centre ville tout tout proche

Comme toujours, nous avons apprécié la beauté d‘Alassio.
Pros:

L‘emplacement, la propreté des lieux ainsi que la qualité du buffet du petit déjeuner méritent d‘etre soulignés.

Cons:

La robinetterie de la salle de bains avait l‘air vétuste et devrait être remplacée par une installation plus moderne.
Malheureusement, le personnel a la réception ne s‘est pas montré agréable ni accueillant : Ni bonjour, ni au revoir, pas de sourire - nous avions l‘impression de ne pas être les bienvenus.

La mauvaise insonorisation. Le comportement virulent d'un des Messieurs qui travaille à la plage de l'hôtel.

Bra läge vid Liguriens bästa strand
Pros:

Väldigt bra läge , bra frukost och trevlig hjälpsam personal. Vi reste också med djur vilket funkade väldigt bra.

Cons:

Lite små slitet på rummen och AC va lite sådär

Pros:

Tutti molto gentili, pulizia ottima, letto comodissimo , mi hanno portato persino la macchina nel box sotterraneo mentre io ero in spiaggia…. Colazione generosa c è di tutto

Cons:

Struttura un po’ datata, infissi interni ed esterni molto vecchi anche ascensore molto fatiscente anche il bagno da rivedere ….
