Pros:

Not the worst hotel but lack of aircon/ventilation and noise levels from inside the hotel let it down massively
Pros:

Great location right on the sea front

Cons:

No aircon and windows don’t open properly (expected with being on the 3rd floor re windows but it was bank holiday weekend in 30 odd degree heat and felt suffocating at times).
Noise was ridiculous from 7am ish. Walls are paper thin and could hear cleaners etc banging around for hours until we checked out.
Bedding was clean but overall the room was grimey. Bathroom full of limescale and extractor fan had that much dust on it I’m not sure it would even be functioning properly.

Will be returning!
Pros:

Location, simple rooms, the staff and feel of the place. There was an issue with the booking but they came up with a great solution! The cleaner was so thorough.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning but to be honest the room was fine!

Great little find right on the beach!
Pros:

The staff were super friendly, the queer friendly atmosphere was lovely, beautiful interior design and very nicely done up bathroom.

Cons:

Shower took a while to warm up. The street outside is busy so nightlife sounds did come through the window until late in the night. Didn't bother us but may be a no no for early risers or light sleepers.
