Pros:

Very friendly staff and good value for money

Cons:

There was a step down from the main bedroom to the bathroom which wasn’t well marked, I almost had an accident during the night when I went to use the toilet.

We will be back
Pros:

I think this hotel is a great place to stay in Brighton. The location is excellent if you want to be close to the beach. The beds were comfortable, very clean bedding and the whole room was clean and lovely. The fan in the room was a bonus.

Cons:

Nothing really comes to mind...maybe a small fridge to store cold water would be great, when it's over 30deg outside, but not a big deal

The stay is not bad but also not excellent.
Pros:

I like the location of the property as it is near the beach.

Cons:

The room is hot and I expected a bigger fan. The hot water is not reliable as sometimes its too hot and cannot be adjusted and sometimes it takes time for it to become warm for shower. The elevator is also not working sometimes so we need to use the stairs.

Lovely hotel by the beach with super friendly staff, perfect for a weekend trip
Pros:

Great location opposite the beach, our room had a view of the old Brighton pier, super friendly staff that made you feel at home. As 3 girls travelling together I really appreciated the added thought of not saying our room number out loud. The room was a great size and was nice and bright.

Cons:

The lift situation was a bit of a pain with our luggage, but luckily we were on the 1st floor. Air con would’ve been a nice bonus considering how warm it was when we stayed.

It’s fairly basic amenities wise. Eg no tv in room. Probably suited to the more boho Brighton crowd. Def don’t go for breakfast as its not great value compared to restaurants near by

Cons:

Essentially 'hotel' implies single or double rooms. A 'hostel' n the other hand is 'dormitories'. I did not realise that this place is more of a 'hostel' than a 'hotel'
