Propiedad tranquila. Recomiendo. No tiene recepción 24 horas pero es claro y la comunicación es buena.

Appartement correct et bien situé. Bonne accueil par le personnel. Très bien pour ceux qui y sont que pour dormir.
Pour plus de jours, on retiendra un manque de luminosité causé par la couleur des murs qui rende l'appartement Hoster et sombre (une peinture blanche serait plus accueillant et claire)
Le meuble TV rendant impossible l'accès à la terrasse est dommageable surtout par belle soirée ensoleillée.
Attention : le wifi est quasi inexistant et fonctionne en intermittence !

This is one of the best experience that Ive had as a traveler. You can't get a better deal in such a neatly clean and modern facility. The 2 bedroom apartment is big and comfortable, plenty of windows with a view and access to an interior courtyard. Everything is amazing in there, since the warm greeting at the reception to the amazing feeling of minimalism, high celings and the most exclusive neighborhood in Cordoba.
Es simplemente la mejor experiencia que he tenido en años viajando.

la recepcionista hace lo que puede con los argumentos que le dan,, lo que no admito es que la Revenue Manager quiera hacerme comulgar con ruedas de molino con sus excusas peregrinas... Hay que tener mas oficio para tratar al cliente y no ofrecerle un triste desayuno como compesancion de su ineptitud en mantener en buen estado los servicios minimos que debe ofrecer el alojamiento

Apparemment spacieux mais un peu austère et un manque de luminosité.
Ça va pour une nuit de passage mais je ne resterais pas longtemps.
Petit déjeuner un peu léger pris dans un appartement modifié avec de petites pièces alors qu’il y a une grande terrasse devant avec un gros potentiel, il faudrait l’équiper avec des tables et des parasols pour un moment plus convivial.

Cama muy incomoda, con el colchon deformado y haciendo pendiente. Olor a tabaco. Utensilios de cocina sucios, nevera ruidosa y tostadora fundida. Poca agua caliente.
Cuidado con la piscina, es de temporada, no nos dejaron bañar porque en septiembre se ve que ya no hace calor en Cordoba.
La recepcionista amable y la zona segura.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement. Nous l’avons choisi à cause de la présence d’une piscine mais grosse déception cette dernière était fermée car hors saison… un 17 septembre en Andalousie alors qu’il faisait une chaleur écrasante. Une magnifique piscine sous nos fenêtres mais pas touche! Et bien évidement il n’est pas fait mention du fait que la saison se termine le 15/9. Sinon on a voulu boire un peu, machine pour l’eau hors service, que des sodas! Sinon le personnel était très sympa et accueillant. Cela rattrape un peu le coup. La propreté était aussi bonne. Le quartier calme mais accessible uniquement en voiture car loin… loin! Le prix étant très accessible on va rester sur du positif mais vraiment, ouvrez cette piscine jusqu’à fin septembre!

Het is een mooi modern appartement met fantastisch personeel, maar je ziet helaas dat de eigenaar niet meer investeert in voldoende keukeninventaris, terrastafels/stoelen en parasols (juli=heet!!!). En niet voldoende goede ligbedden/parasols!!! Bij het zwembad, waar lappen kunstgras liggen ipv mooie tegels zoals overal in het complex. Echt jammer en gemiste kan.

It is a beautiful modern apartment with fantastic staff, but unfortunately you see that the owner no longer invests in sufficient kitchen inventory, patio tables/chairs and parasols (July=hot!!!). And not enough good sunbeds/umbrellas!!! At the swimming pool, where there are pieces of artificial grass instead of beautiful tiles like everywhere in the complex. A real shame and missed opportunity.

Good place to stay with many options for food nearby. Good breakfast option

Zum Schlafen geeignet, Busverbindungen lassen zu wünschen übrig. Küchenausstattung absolut spartanisch und nicht wirklich zum Kochen geeignet. Frühstück gerade so zum überleben, kein Highlight!

The receptionist is very, very kind, a nice Place, but not clean

Hôtel dans un quartier éloigné du centre. Il y a un bus pour le centre mais l'arrêt est un peu éloigné et la fréquence pas terrible. Possibilité de stationnement dans la rue (sinon l'hôtel possède un parking avec un accès très pentu !). Bon accueil, appartement correct. Pas de possibilités de restauration dans le quartier. Pas vu de magasin d'alimentation.
Au final séjour satisfaisant.

Wir haben eine geräumige Ferienwohnung bekommen. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Für die Fahrt ins Zentrum von Córdoba empfiehlt sich der Bus No. 11, der in ca. 300 m Entfernung hält und alle 30 Minuten verkehrt. Die Anlage ist in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Gegend. Allerdings ist das Gebäude etwas hellhörig. Man hört andere Gäste, wenn sie laut sind. Das Wetter war relativ kalt und wir haben es zumindest nicht hinbekommen, die Ferienwohnung zu heizen. Heißes Wasser zum Duschen scheint begrenzt zu sein; nach einer gewissen Zeit kommt es nur noch lauwarm. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes (z.B. kein Obst und keine warmen Speisen).
