Iti faci treaba cu el persnalul e dragut si hotelul e foarte bine pozitionat.
Pros:

Personalul de curatenie se straduieste sa tina hotelul curat. Personalul de receptie si restaurant foarte ok. Baile au fost renovate. Mic dejun foarte variat.

Cons:

Mobilier vechi. Miros de tigara in camere. Cabluri care atarna etc.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Hotel Central Ploiești. Personalul este foarte amabil, primitor și mereu atent la nevoile oaspeților. În special, personalul de la recepție a fost foarte politicos, zâmbitor și profesionist.
Camera a fost foarte curată și spațioasă, dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil, de la produsele de igienă până la aer condiționat și televizor cu ecran plat, de dimensiuni generoase.
M-am simțit foarte bine aici și cu siguranță voi reveni cu drag. Recomand Hotel Central Ploiești pentru curățenie, confort și, mai ales, pentru ospitalitatea personalului!

Lovely experience
Pros:

It was a lovely experience, as every time. The staff is very welcoming and highly professional, the location is truly downtown on the main boulevard next door to main attractions. We have booked an appartment with city view and the view was astonishing.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, schöne Terasse mit guter Live Musik

Eigene Parkplätze, leider war die Zufahrt von Fremdfahrzeugen blockiert

Die Frühstücksqualität ist für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht ausreichend. Zu wenig Abwechslungsreich, teilweise schlechter Service im Frühstücksraum: benutztes Geschirr wird nicht aufgeräumt, Speisen werden nur auf Anfrage nachgelegt. Säfte aus dem Saftautomat nicht genießbar, keine Brötchen, Brotauswahl sehr eingeschränkt. Das haben wir schon im letzten Jahr bemängelt, leider hat sich nichts geändert.
