Pros:

Situato in una posizione eccezionale...pulizia impeccabile tutti i giorni..cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni...caldo accogliente ...ma il top è la disponibilità dei 2 ragazzi alla reception sempre pronti e disponibili a risolvere ogni problema che si presenta anche all'esterno della struttura!!

The location of the hotel can't be better. It's walking distance to the main sites. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of hot and cold options. There is tea and snacks all day for the guests.

Tutto, staff gentile e d'aiuto per organizzare la vacanza. Camera pulita e insonorizzata. Colazione ottima, merenda pure! Posizione ottima vicino alla Moschea Blu, molto servita da ristoranti e negozi.

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, a pochissimi minuti a piedi da Moschea Blu, Hagia Sofia, Cisterna Basilica e Palazzo Topkapi. In 20 minuti a piedi si raggiungono anche il Gran Bazar ed il Bazar delle spezie. E' inoltre ben collegato se si vuole utilizzare il servizio pubblico. Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile. L'hotel ha soddisfatto completamente le aspettative.

Great location, nice staff but little else to compliment, wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

Staff are lovely and very friendly

Cons:

Needs a big renovation, wasn’t allowed to have aircon on despite rooms being really hot. Breakfast not worth paying for. Quite an uncomfortable stay sadly.

-Bardzo głośne miejsce mozna liczyc ile osób idzie po schodach, kto bierze prysznic, korzysta z toalety
Ciszy nikt nie przestrzega.
- to poprostu stary budynek i stare wyposażenie
- łóżko małżeńskie bardzo wąskie- 140 cm. Lepiej wziąć łóżka pojedyncze chociaż każdy będzie miał to 90 cm dla siebie
- śniadania przeciętne, na plus to jaja na twardo w skorupka do samodzielnego obrania
- brak expresu do kawy, popołudniowa kawa z saszetki
- pokój 20 m z łazienką, widok na wewnetrzy dziedziniec czyli na mur tak z metr oddalony od balkonu,, ciemno

Pros:

It was very good in this small and chic hotel. All the staff are kind, they give you all the information you need. It was warm in the room, daily cleaning, good breakfast for a start of the day in beautiful Istanbul. For what you pay it is absurd to have higher demands. We left in the morning and returned in the evening to a clean and warm room. Every afternoon you find tea, fruits and cakes on the house. The area is beautiful, many restaurants around the hotel, close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We will definitely choose this hotel on our next visit to Istanbul.

Muy comoda y excelente atención de todo el personal.

Las habitaciones muy comodas, el desayuno muy completo y el servicio del staff un espectaculo.

Cons:

No me gustó que no haya ascensores, lo cual dificulta moverse por las escaleras cuando uno lleva mucho equipaje. El precio tambien nos pareció un poco elevado,

Pros:

The location is very convenient, with easy walking access to the main attractions around the Sultanahmet area. The breakfast was okay, and the staff were very cordial and friendly.

Cons:

The room was very congested and felt cramped. The bathroom was in poor condition. The shower head was faulty and its holder was broken. The toilet was not in good condition either.
