Fabulous location, great food and friendly staff
Pros:

Amazing location so close to Blue Mosque and restaurants, safe area and rooms are very quiet at night. Breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of delicious hot and cold foods….. staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again!

Hotel centrico, perfecto para pasar unos dias.
Pros:

Hotel perfecto para pasar unos dias conociendo la ciudad, situado en el centro, a unos minutos andando de Sultanahment, pero en una calle tramquila. Todo limpio, y el personal muy amable. El desayuno es bueno tambien. Recomiendo este hotel sin duda alguna.

Really recommend, great value for money

Great hotel in the heart of Istanbul!
Pros:

The hotel looked very nice, it was super clean and the staff was absolutely amazing! They were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and always checking on us if everything was good.

The location was perfect! Super close to a cute bazaar, to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, and to the tram. Also walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, main street and various atractions.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit old, but not to the point in which this was an issue, just.. a bit outdated.

Ottimo hotel
Pros:

Ottimo hotel: bella camera, staff gentile e disponibile, colazione molto buona, posizione molto vicina al centro storico. Transfer per l'aeroporto organizzato in modo efficiente e al prezzo giusto.

Molto bella la sala da tè, accessibile a quasi tutte le ore e sempre fornita di tè e dolcetti.

Cons:

L'unico difetto, che non è colpa dell'hotel, riguarda la posizione: adiacente all'hotel c'è un ristorante (The Ottomans Kitchen Cafe Restaurant) il cui buttadentro (tout) è veramente molesto e insistente, ci ha importunati in modo assillante e pure cafone ogni volta che siamo rientrati in hotel, mettendosi addirittura in mezzo alla strada e causandoci non pochi disagi.

Di tout ne abbiamo incontrati per tutta Istanbul ma quello accanto al nostro hotel era di gran lunga il più insistente e maleducato.

Ribadisco che non è colpa dell'hotel, con cui ci siamo trovati molto bene, ma ritengo sia giusto segnalarlo.
