Great stay
Pros:

The staff was welcoming with a quick check in process and with answering all of our questions.

The location is very good, restaurants left and right. Some have amazing views of the city. The hotel was very clean and rooms were good size. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, very delicious and plentiful.

Offering tea/coffee and few snacks in the evening was a very good touch and we were happy to enjoy it after walking all day.

Cons:

The TV in our room didn’t have a sound. It was not a bit deal at all, since we were out of the room exploring the area and didn’t have time to watch it anyways.

Un hotel perfecto para visitar Estambul monumentalmente
Pros:

Todo en general. La ubicación, a diez minutos de Santa Sofía, de la Mezquita Azul. Cerca del Metro y del tranvía.
El desayuno inmejorable. Recepción 24 horas. Hotel pequeño y familiar. El personal siempre atento a todo lo que necesitas. Un hotel perfecto para visitar Estambul monumental.

Cons:

Nada. Estaba perfecto.

Excepțional!
Pros:

Totul a fost excepțional! Începând cu locația, extrem de aproape de toate obiectivele importante, la 2 minute de Moscheea Albastră și 3-4 minute de celelalte obiective. Am umblat mult prin Istanbul și am concluzionat că nu puteam alege o locație mai bună ca aceasta. O curățenie impecabilă peste tot, zilnic prosoape curate, așternuturi albe, de o calitate deosebită. Produsele de igienă se completau zilnic, n-am dus lipsă de nimic. Micul dejun a fost delicios, cu o mulțime de produse tradiționale gătite proaspăt de dimineață. De fapt în mirosul acela îmbătător mă trezeam dimineață și abia așteptam să ajung la masă de frică să nu cumva să se termine dar acest lucru nu s-a întâmplat niciodată petru că tot timpul se completa ceea ce se termina. Mulțumesc întregului personal pentru grija și profesionalismul manifestat. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și clar, dacă ar fi să revin în Istanbul, tot hotel Novano aș alege fără să ezit nici măcăr o secundă.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение отеля, в 10 -15 минутах ходьбы основные достопримечательности. Вполне хорошие завтраки, качественная уборка номера. Персонал приветлив. Есть мини-чайная зона, открыта с 15ч ( чай, печенье, фрукты), приятный бонус отеля.

Cons:

Проживали в 3х местном номере на 4м этаже, его состояние плачевное: обои отходят от стен, мебель с поломками, матрасы старые, кривые, ощутимы пружины. На потолке грязные подтёки. На полу - множественные разводы от вёдер/тазов, видимо протекала крыша. При соимости за сутки более 100€, сделать реновацию номера не проблема. Но увы.. Советовать знакомым и возвращаться в отель нет желания.

Overall, the stay was fine, though there were a few issues that future guests should know about.
Pros:

I appreciated that the breakfast was tasty and enough to start the day, even if it lacked variety.
On the positive side, there’s complimentary coffee, tea, and some cake and fruit available, which was a pleasant extra.

Cons:

The room was furnished nicely, but it was quite small. I found a cockroach walking on the bed, which was extremely unpleasant. The room also felt frowzy, and despite being advertised as having a “yard view,” the window actually faced a wall, making the room quite dark.

Considering the price, I’m sure you can find a better place to stay in this area of Istanbul.
