Ondanks de negatieve punten toch zeer tevreden.
Pros:

Nette kamers, ruim parkeerterrein met meerdere oplaadpunten voor electrische auto, mooi restaurant met terras, dat grensden de ruime tuin. Lekker eten tegen een redelijke prijs. Kamers zijn netjes, goed werkende airco. Maar 1 stopcontact naast het bed.

Cons:

Trappenhal komt nogal kaal over en de deuren naar de kamers waren geblokkeerd met zakken om ze open te houden ( niet brandveilig dus).
Ligt vlakbij de autobaan, maar er zijn geen op- en afritten vlak in de buurt

Pros:

En general todo es nuevo y funciona bien. La cama es muy buena. Hay un parcheggio muy amplio y cómodo. El desayuno es variado. Muy buena ubicación.

La ducha requiere ser sistemada.

We had a great, but short stay in Modena, and appreciated the very friendly welcome.
Pros:

easy, free parking, friendly staff that spoke english, close proximity to a substantial supermarket, wonderful dining room serving dinner, fabulous caring chef and wait staff who visisted us and were wonderful hosts, great breakfast.

Cons:

we could only find single use drinking vessels in our room

cornetti surgelati contati a richiesta con tempi lunghi
inoltre i tavoli rimangono sporchi
