Pros:

Pulita , elegante e piena di storia , immersa nel verde e nella pace . Personale gentile , e tante piccole attenzioni , camera molto bella con muri affrescati , dotata di macchinetta del caffè con varie scelte , frigo bar ben fornito . La parte di Spa offre vari percorsi e servizi , curati .

Érdemes ellátogatni ide.
Pros:

A hotel környezete gyönyörű. A középkorú épületek varázslatosak. Egyedi a hotel hangulata és aurája. A reggeli kiváló. A wellness lehetőségek bőségesek és egyediek.

Cons:

A kiszolgálás lassú volt az étteremben. A benti wellnessben nagyon sokan voltak. Maximálni kellene a külsős vendégek számát! A golf pálya csodaszép.

Schönes Gebäude, schöne Umgebung. Kommt aber für uns nicht mehr in Frage. Keine Empfehlung
Pros:

Das Frühstückangebot war umfangreich mit frischen Obst, Müsli, frischem Brot und vielen verschieden Croissants. Die Lage des Hotels und insbesondere das eigentliche Hotelgebäude ist sehr schön und sehenswert. Das Personal ist insgesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung ist für ein so hochpreisiges 5 Sterne Hotel in einigen Punkten deutlich verbesserunsgwürdig. Immer Zimmer gab es zwar ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken, aber unklar ob kostenlos oder nicht, im Badezimmer gab es keine Papiertücher, und Zugang zum Gebäude wie auch zum Zimmer mit keiner elektronischen Karte, sondern mit einem 6stelligen Code. Mitgebuchter Zugang zum Spa Center war in mehrfacher Hinsicht eine Katastrophe. Das dortige Sea ist ein öffentliches Sea und war während unseres Aufenthalts komplett überlaufen, am Pool gab es fast keine Liege mehr und im Innenbereich schoben sich Menschenmassen durch die Gänge. Zusätzlich bekommt man als Hotelgast kein Band für die Locker in den Umkleidekabinen, diese gibt es nur für externe Besucher des Spa Centers. Das heißt vor jedem Saunagang, muss man als Hotelgast zurück ins Zimmer (cirka 30 Meter über mehrere Treppen) um seine Wertsachen dort zu deponieren, um sie danach auf gleichen Wege wieder zu holen, wenn man danach am überfüllten Pool bspw. Lesen möchte. Aufgefallen ist auch, dass vom öffentlichen Spaß freier Zugang zu den Gebäuden mit den angeschlossenen Hotelzimmern besteht, was es jedem ermöglicht bis zu den abgeschiedenen Zimmern zu kommen. Bezüglich des Hotel Restaurants ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals hervorzuheben, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Speisen ist keinesfalls gegeben. Qualität der Tapas, wie auch einer Hauptspeise (Fisch) war sehr gut, aber die Portionen sind extrem klein bei gleichzeitig hohen Preisen. Vom Parkplatz muss man als erstes 50 Meter mit seinen Koffern über Treppen und unebenen Untergrund zur Rezeption, danach wieder 20 Meter zurück zu den angeschlossenen Unterkünften.

ESPERIENZA FANTASTICA
Pros:

La struttura è bellissima e ogni cosa è curata nel dettaglio. La Spa, gli ambienti comuni, le camere … tutto perfetto. Altre due note a favore sono sicuramente la colazione e il buffet/aperitivo serale in cui è possibile degustare degli ottimi prodotti e il fatto di avere degli ingressi contingentati e limitati che rendono l’esperienza molto più apprezzabile. In precedenza sono andata in delle terme in cui non sembrava esserci un numero limite di accessi giornalieri e ciò rendeva l’esperienza poco piacevole e rilassante. Invece il fatto di limitare l’accesso a un certo numero di persone per fascia oraria, dà sicuramente la possibilità di assaporare la pace e la tranquillità che QC terme Garda offre.
Tornerò a breve sicuramente.
