Il luogo è impagabile: meraviglioso. Ricco di storia, arte e tradizioni. Un luogo che si sceglie per l’esclusività. Per il silenzio. Per rigenerarsi: è per questo motivo che ho scelto di soggiornare qui.
Proprio per i motivi sopra esposti, devo purtroppo far notare alcuni aspetti che non ho gradito e che stridono con una struttura di tale livello: l’accesso al pubblico esterno. Non è ammissibile che un cliente paghi per avere un luogo esclusivo che quotidianamente viene invaso da persone maleducate, che nulla hanno a che fare con chi sceglie di trascorrere le proprie ferie da voi. Ogni giorno si assiste a giovani coppie che si atteggiano in comportamenti imbarazzanti nelle vasche esterne ed interne: ci si sente a disagio per loro…. Bisogna fare la coda per entrare nelle saune. La coda per le docce. Insomma, paragonando altre strutture dello stesso livello, posso solamente consigliare di limitare l’accesso agli esterni o quantomeno riservare una parte solo ai clienti interni.

Die Anlage ist eigentlich schön aber sehr verwinkelt. Die Zimmer sind gut.
Die Restaurants sind gut geführt.
Der Golfplatz ist sehr schön !
Auf keinen Fall hat dieses Hotel 5-Sterne Niveau 👎🏻
Man musste seine Koffer selbst vom Parkplatz tragen, der Empfang war unfreundlich, die Klimaanlage kühlte nicht, die Minibar war nur mit winzigen Pappbechern für Getränke und Kaffee bestückt, kein Wäscheservice von Freitag-Montag, keine Kleenex im Bad.
Das Schlimmste ist aber die Tatsache, dass jeden Tag externe Spa-Gäste in Horden (!) einfallen und in Bademänteln Besitz vom Hotel ergreifen und teuer zahlende Hotelgäste an den Rand drängen !

Das Gebäude ist sehr schön. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wellness und Golf in unmittelbarer Nähe. Genug Parkplätze im Hotel inbegriffen. Wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht auf den Golfplatz
Der Service in den Zimmern ist sehr bedürftig d.h. kein zusätzliches Wasser, Watte, Kleenex. Das Nötigste fehlt und muss angefordert werden. Besteck im Speisesaal ist das billigste, fleckig und alt, sehr schade! Ausserdem war das Essen nicht gut - wir haben nur ausserhalb gespiessen. Schade, das Management des Hotels kann sich verbessern
The spa facilities are amazing and it’s so clean. The hotel setting is beautiful. Breakfast has a very good choice for a buffet. The happy hour that you can book for drinks and snacks free is a lovely added bonus. We loved our stay in the hotel and we will return 😊

Tout était parfait, de A à Z. Grand plus sur le spa qui est incroyable ainsi que l’apéritif.
Rien, les équipes sont vraiment au petit soin. Il faudrait peut etre rajouter de l’eau dans le spa avec des verres pour s’hydrater, et les douches des chambres sont petites, mais ce sont des détails.
