Servizio Massaggi, Spa e Colazione

Cons:

Formiche in camera, distanza della camera dai servizi, incidente personale (scivolato su pavimento del corridoio camere, bagnato per lavaggio, ma non segnalato con apposito segnale) ed assenza di assistenza
e presa responsabilità da parte del personale della struttura (chi lavava e reception)

Magnifica struttura per un soggiorno rigenerante !
Pros:

Posto incantevole immerso nella natura e campo da golf curatissimo . Speciale la Spa e le piscine esterne . Piacevolissimo e rilassante il bosco incantato con i campanellini tra gli alberi che suonano col vento . Ispirazione zen . La pulizia è molto attenta . Colazione assortita con offerta salata e dolce , menzione speciale per la torta di mele e piccola pasticceria .

Pros:

The Spa is nice but overcrowed, should be special time only for hotel guests. Breakfast delicious, nice bathroom

Cons:

Place too dark. I know constructional restrictions but if the Windows are small, you have to work with gentle, stimulating artificial light. First class payment for third class Service. Did online checkin but still long waiting time at arrival. Concierge could not find Name. Wrong Code for room, had to go back to reception and no one apologized. No welcome gifts, everywhere paper Cuts. Fly screen on window damaged. Deposit in advance for further consumations, is treating guests like criminals.

PERFEITA
Pros:

À hospedagem é super linda e muito bem decorada. O que eu mais gostei foi o atendimento e da preocupação em cada detalhe. A Linda foi muito atenciosa e profissional. A variedade de opções de saunas e águas quentes é muito boa, e a vista do pôr do sol é perfeita. O café da manhã é variado e com produtos locais de muita qualidade. O quarto é muito bonito e aconchegante, gostei da cama.

Peccato perché il posto è bellissimo ma visto il costo e la fama, frequentando altri hotel di pari livello con spa in zo

La struttura è bellissima non si può dire nulla, le camere sono accoglienti e anche la spa e il campo da golf

Cons:

La struttura ha due difetti molto marcati per un hotel a 5 stelle: il primo riguarda la ristorazione: per cenare c’è solo un bistrot con pochi piatti (stile tapas) molto cari, inoltre il menù del room service, oltre a 19€ di costo extra, ha pochi piatti quasi tutti piatti freddi. Non all’altezza delle 5 stelle.

Stesso discorso per la spa che è il fulcro dell’hotel. La spa è oggettivamente bellissima ma non c’è una zona riservata agli ospiti dell’hotel che pagando prezzi da 5 stelle ci si aspetterebbe, come peraltro si trova nella maggior parte degli hotel a 5 stelle con spa. Gli ingressi giornalieri sono tantissimi e nonostante fossero giorni infrasettimanali era decisamente affollato!!
