Pros:

The location was great and the room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well-equipped.

Cons:

We made a request for a twin set up rather than a double, both at the time of booking and a few days before arriving at the hotel. Both times we received communication that this could be accommodated. When we checked in, the staff member said 'you have requested a twin set up, yes?'. However, when we got to the room it was a double bed. This was not a significant issue as I was staying with my best friend, but was nonetheless disappointing as the request had been clearly made and we had been informed that we would be able to stay in a twin room.
