Good value for money, would stay again
Pros:

The air conditioning was working fine. There was a nespresso machine and water to use it. We requested an iron and ironing board, and the housekeeper brought it to our room immediately. We asked for cleaning service everyday and the towels were changed everyday. The tv was working. There is a small fridge, perfect for cold beverages and small leftovers. One of the elevators wasn't working, but we never had to wait more than a minute. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. The location is good, close enough to Potsdamer Platz (about 2-3 bus stops), but far enough so the street isn't noisy. There's an Edeka about 2 min away. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

We ran out of tissues, but they weren't replaced. We didn't appreciate that the bathroom has a glass door, because it doesn't provide enough privacy.

Lovely hotel for our short stay in Berlin
Pros:

The location was fabulous for Checkpoint Charlie and the air con was very useful in the heat.
Clean and tidy.
Lovely breakfast

Cons:

One of the lifts wasn’t working whilst we were there

Pros:

Excellent staff, VERY polite and gave us excellent tips. The breakfest is also excellent, plenty of options including fruits, yogurt, bread, drinks etc.

A great hotel with good transport links
Pros:
